Let me introduce you our island beachfront paradise:

All apartment has A/C in every room, king size super comfy beds, flat screen smart TV and free WIFI.
Our apartments located 10 steps away from the sea in the middle of the city center where you can enjoy the caribbean vibrancy even in your private pool. We have a breathtaking view to the seafront from the balcony in all of our apartments.
Our apartment has a private garden with palm trees, table and chairs around your private pool, where you can have your breakfast , drink your morning coffee or just sit back and relax on the sun beds.
The kitchens are fully equipped : there is a big fridge with freezer, stove with owen all along with all the useful kitchenware for cooking any local dishes with our private chef or cool your Belikin beer in the fridge.


Your journey probably will start in Belize city, from there you will have two options to get here. The first one is the short flight from Belize to San Pedro itā€™s takes 15 minutes, trust me itā€™s worth every penny of it.
The Tropic airlines has small planes maximum of 15 person, on the way you will be able to check out the islands around San Pedro and also the amazing view of the sea, it is breathtaking. Once you landed you can reach the apartment by foot( golf cart and taxi is also available and upon requests can be organized for you) in about 10 minutes.

The second option to get here is with water taxi, they start to operate 6am-8pm and the boats comes to San Pedro in every hour. The costs for that is 7 USD , the journey takes 1,5 hour. If you choose this option you will have a chance to meet the locals at the ship, get their coulture know a little bit, here their amazing stories about San Pedro, and you will get a really close look to the sealife. Once you reached the island you can walk to the apartment by foot (if you havenā€™t got to many luggageā€™s , if you are the best way might be to rent a golf car or get a cab) in about 4 minutes.
Once you arrived, you will feel the atmosphere straight away, and iā€™m sure you will feel for it.
The locals are super helpful friendly and English-speaking, they here for you to make your holiday more amazing.

San pedro have their own money which is Belizean dollar but they accept USD too 1USD=2 belizean dollars.


When you get the area know a little better, itā€™s a time for you to go for a little adventureā€™s. The locals are organize a lot of amazing tours: you can go fishing where you can taste the most fresh fishes you ever tested in your life, if you brave enough you can try to swim with sharks(tiger sharks, they not dangerous for humans at all) , you can go and see the Maya ruins( the amazing Mayan temples in the jungle). The waterlife is pretty amazing here so itā€™s worth to spend a day in a boat,scuba drive , and a lot of different type of snorkeling tours.There are also an organized caving tours, they have limited spaces so is important to bookit in advance.( All activities can be arranged by us upon request)

Excellent location and comfortable place!

Had a great time in this comfortable, perfectly located spot in the center of San Pedro. Really appreciated the easy beach access so that we didn't have to walk along the crowded, golf-cart-filled streets. Wonderful tour and restaurant recommendations from our host were appreciated!!

Great location! Beautiful property!

Our host was amazing! We were right on the beach with gorgeous views. The villa was clean and nicely furnished. They exchanged our towels a few times when requested. They provided water and restocked when we needed more. I would absolutely recommend and stay there again!

Property was as described. Very clean. Was in a great location to walk to multiple restaurants, beach bars, downtown. Rented a golf cart, which was a perfect way to get around. Eva was amazing, very responsive to all of our needs. Doors in rooms donā€™t provide for a lot of privacy but were fine for our group!

Overall a little underwhelmed with the property. The decor/style is cute - but it feels run down. The bathrooms are a dark cement cave- terrible lighting and very small mirrors. It wasnā€™t terrible- but I wouldnā€™t stay here again. We did enjoy the hammocks and outdoor seating.

Nice location

We liked the location of this property because it was right in the middle of a lot of neat shopping options, and super convenient to many good restaurants. It was also a two minute walk from the airport, but there weren't flights going throughout the night, so we all got good sleep. We arrived a few hours early, and they were able to get us in the room before the 3 PM check-in. That was nice. We didn't see much staff, but the people we did see were friendly. There is not a beach right next to the property where sand meets water, like you might think at a resort, but there were some options nearby. We liked the location. The property had sort of a cozy feel, despite the fact everything in this country is made with cement because of the hurricanes.

Better Belize It

The property is awesome. It's in a prime location with the porch viewing the beach and the beach only a about 100 feet away. It had everything we needed and the Property Manager, Eva was excellent. Helping us with excursions and answering any and all questions. I would highly recommend this property and if I come back to San Pedro, it would be my first option. A good store is around the corner that also rents golf carts, which Eva helped setup. Blue Grill restaurant is along the back of the beach and have a great breakfast, but I'm sure the rest of the meals are great. You couldn't ask for a better location and property manager. Eve also assisted with arranging a chef for a couple of meals and the food was excellent. Look no further this is the spot.

We had such a great time at this beach house in Belize. It was located right on the water and just a few minutes walk from our dive shop. The host was amazing and helped with all our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to stay

The property is not perfect. It is however well worth the money. It is close to most things in town. Located right on the beach so many of the restaurants to the north of the property are within easy walking distance and although it is very close to the airport we hardly ever heard planes in villa 1. The property manager Eva is outstanding. She answered our questions prior to arrival. Booked us our golf carts at a very good rate and met us at the airport with them and offered to help us book our diving and other excursions. I highly recommend staying here

Convenient, comfortable and clean - perfect for a family

Location - Very central and close to the city center so walking distance to eating places and tours Check in - Easy Management- Eva and Gary rock ! The response to issues is much more telling than a seamless stay and I always had a prompt response to the little issues that came up. I could give multiple examples of efficiency, kindness and caring from both of them but that would mean I would run out of space ! Property - Compact style with a lovely beach decor and modern conveniences. Was great for our family of five with three teenage boys. Overall, would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting San Pedro.

Perfect!!!

Perfect location just steps from the beach and downtown. Quick access to restaurants and other in town activities. The villa is very spacious, very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Communication was easy and Raul answered all questions immediately. Transportation from the airport was provided which was extremely helpful with our dive gear and luggage. My family loved Babylon Beach and we will be back! Overall the perfect place for your visit!
