Located on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye, Belize.

This spacious 1200 square foot home sits on the Caribbean Sea approximately 4 miles north of San Pedro and about the same distance from the famous "Secret Beach". Enjoy sitting on the covered front veranda listening to birds and waves while cool breezes wash over you.
On site caretaker Martin and his family are creating a botanical retreat around the ocean front property that attracts birds and wildlife. Flowers, plants and trees from the island surround the property creating peaceful seclusion for you during your stay.
Walk the beach look for "Lucky Seeds, sea hearts, hamburger seeds, or seashells in the soft sand. Water & dinning activities easily accessible. Town is 15 minutes away by golf cart or bike. Partnered with local Golf Cart Rental company, special rates on weekly cart rental for Guest of Property. List of suggested activities to take in while on island provided with booking.

This place was wonderful. The yard and view were gorgeous. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. The property caretaker was great. He gave many good recommendations and took great care of us and the property. A wonderful stay all around.

The house was well stocked and the onsight caretakers were great. The location was about halfway between town and secret beach. The host was very responsive to and questions or concerns.

Truly magical!

What a gorgeous property! The space had everything we needed and more. The grounds were meticulously kept with gorgeous plants, hammocks, and of course the beach.

This property was amazing exactly what we hoped for. The best part was Martin and Lupe, great knowledge, helpful and just plain kind. The back yard of the home and beachfront were amazing and we will return!

Belize vacation 2025

The house and property are nice with a real island feel. It's only a short distance to downtown San Pedro yet far enough away to give you the more quiet out of town feeling. The host and property manager were great. They made us feel welcome and were very helpful.This property is perfectly suited for island life. Unfortunately, what is happening to this beautiful island and its natural eco system is difficult to watch

Great stay

We had a great trip. Martin was very attentive to our needs. Martin recommended Clinton from Ali Mermaid Adventure. Which was hands down the best choice for our trips. Clinton and his staff are amazing. We will definitely be using them for future trips.

Incredibly well located and equipped property

An ideal location well placed just out of town but only a short golf cart ride away, however also a short golf cart ride to some special north island places like Secret Beach which is a jewel. The house is very nice with a private feel to it and it seems someone thought of almost everything one might need and if not caretakers Martin and Lupe will have you covered.. Fantatstic

The house was wonderful! Perfect location. Secluded and cozy! The home was everything we needed. The caretakers were very helpful with everything we needed and Paul and Nancy helped us on what to expect when we arrived! They gave us many tips and where to go for the best experience! Relaxing Oasis

Beautifully maintained property in an excellent location between Secret Beach and downtown. The property even has a dock where we were picked up for our fishing trip with Ali Mermaid. The onsite caretakers, Martin and Lupe, were extremely helpful and friendly while also respecting our privacy. The owners, Paul and Nancy, were very prompt in providing all the info needed to have a stress free stay. They also went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of during a tropical storm. Overall, from the time we booked to the time we checked out it was an easy and pain free experience. Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful secluded hideout

Perfect space for hanging with friends, away from the fray. Beautiful, new, private home with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. The landscaping and hammock area are incredible and the caretakers are fantastic. Do bring your bug spray. The coasts of the Mayan Riviera were/are inundated with Sargassum, but Martin diligently maintained the little beach area in front of the house. The house exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful!

Beautiful house and gardens. Really stunning! Comfortable.Clean. Well-stocked. Responsive communication. Provided bottled drinking water which was so helpdful! And rides to and from the dock - so great! Cold air conditioning in the bedrooms. Only thing missing was air conditioning in the main living areas. Highly recommend!

Great Hospitality

My husband and two adult children and I stayed for several days at this lovely home. Martin, the onsite host, was always available and willing to chat about the lovely gardens, the area, soccer, you name it. The yard was perfect for kicking the soccer ball and it was filled with lovely plantings, lounge chairs and hammocks. Each morning, a breakfast burrito vendor came by on a bike. We rented a golf cart and were able to visit Secret Beach, San Pedro town and take the water taxi to Caye Caulker for snorkelling. This was one of the best VRBO vacations we have had. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful stay at lucky seed

We had a fabulous week at lucky seed. The driver from caye management met us at the airport and drove us to the house. Martin, the caretaker greeted us upon arrival. He and Lupe and their dogs made us freel right at home. Clinton was a great snorkeling guide. We saw lots of eagle rays, large schools of fish, nurse sharks, and our guide used my underwater camera to get a great video of a morey eel. We had fun at secret beach. Great food both in town and close to lucky seed. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and relaxing in the hammocks. Special thanks to Martin and Mary and Trish at caye management for their responsiveness and assistance during our stay. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Hideaway Close to Everything

This was a great home away from home! They had everything in case you forgot something too. The grounds were beautiful & immaculate thanks to Martin's diligent work. Lupe was so sweet & not only kept the house spotless but very graciously did some of our laundry for us. The dogs are so sweet too! The home is easy to get to & close to Secret Beach. It is also not too far from town. The hammocks were a perfect touch & placed nicely in the shade. The management service was very helpful & offered a taxi service to & from the airport. The snorkeling & scuba diving company (Scuba Daze) we used easily found us with the name of the house & picked us up on a neighbor's dock. The golf cart company had no problem finding the place either. We would totally stay here again.

Ambergris trip

My husband and I stayed at the Lucky Seed house with a good friend from college. It was a wonderful trip! Martin and Lupe are very special. It was so great having them there when we needed them, but they were not intrusive in the least. The house and the property are so beautiful and well kept. There are several highlights of staying at the Lucky Seed house in addition to Martin and Lupe, number one being the pups. Every morning, they would run over to give us hugs and kisses, they are so special, especially the little chihuahua. We also loved the delivery by bike of the breakfast burritos. They have water toys for use including a two-seater kayak and a paddle board. We were also picked up for our boat trips at a neighbor's dock, which was perfect. The trip overall was one for the record books. We would definitely like to go back some day.

Incredible family vacation

We had an amazing time staying in the is vacation home. It is in a great location in Ambergis Caye. It is clean and very beautiful. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. We loved having the big front yard which gave alot of room for playing frisbee, throwing a football, playing cornhole, etc. And then there is a small private beach right in front. We loved sitting on the breezy front porch and hammocks in the yard. It was very relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. Because it is offset from the beach, surrounded by trees and birds, we really felt like we were in our own private get-a-way and escape from everyday life in paradise. We went for walks along the beach just out the front of the property, scuba dived with a scuba place a 5 minute walk away, and were close to both Secret Beach and San Pedro by golf cart. The owners Paul and Nancy and the management company responded immediately with any questions and were very helpful. There are also caretakers who leave behind the property who clean and help in anyway needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Paradise

The property and house are exactly what you see in the listing. It is clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and a fan, and keeps the rooms very cool and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to for your stay. The hammocks were a big hit and we spent a lot of time in them. It is about a 20 minute golf cart ride to town, but there are some closer stores for snacks and beverages. Martin the caretaker was amazing. He was always working on the property and would rake the backyard every morning and was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Martin also introduced us to Clinton, who took us fishing and made us an amazing meal after our fishing trip. Lupe the housekeeper was very sweet and took very good care of us all. There our restaurants within 10 minutes of the home. Go to the Truck Stop, it is a must, do not miss it. I would not recommend the Capicorn. Go to El Fogan in town, OMG, so good. There is even a little coffee house called the Cafe, good for coffee, breakfast and pastries, also COCO.I cannot say enough about the house, it is beautiful and comfortable. I really liked it was away from the crazy downtown. Secret Beach is also a must, as well as snorkeling. We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed our stay very much.

Cousins trip

My cousins and I spent a week here as a family trip. We had a blast! The house and property were beautiful and very well maintained. The care takers on site were amazing as well. Very friendly and helpful

Great Stay!

The stay overall was peaceful, we really enjoyed our time. The property was secluded enough to have our own quiet space, but close enoughto town to drive for food and attractions. The on-site management was fantastic, so kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for any family looking for relaxed fun!

Great getaway spot!

This property was the perfect distance between San Pedro and the quieter part of the island. Not too far from town to still have access to restaurants, etc. but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Just a short ride over to secret beach, too.

We have been traveling to Ambergris Caye since 2012 with increasing frequency. We initially were drawn to the island for the Scuba Diving and snorkeling. Still too young to retire but wanted a place of our own to be good stewards of the family experience. As our kids develop their own relationships and families we wanted a place to draw us all back to for special events and occasions. Family can get spread out but who can pass up sun, sand and warm water, We hope that even our extended family will take advantage of the property.
