When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Wonderful location, great space right across from pool and walking distance to the park. The owner was very easy to access for questions while rapid return with any information or answers needed.

Amazing Stay!

Although, there was bad review in this place years ago I decided to rent this place for the summer vacation and it was not too bad. The place was clean, a lot of rooms and beds, close to the stores and the beach. I would highly recommended! 5/5

The property was a Great place for a vacation. I had to call mgt. for two small issues, (one about registering and the other about the A.C. being recharged. They were great in addressing both issues!!! .

Family Getaway

The condo had most everything we needed. Loved the screened porches. Great location. Few things had to be fixed, maintenance fixed promptly. Outside trash container was full on arrival, was not emptied during stay. Would have stayed another day if discount was offered, but was not an option when called operator.

Condo Great, Sea Trail Needs HELP

Tiki Bar which is a wonderful feature of summertime, closed the week we were there. A/C in House’s not working so we didn’t want to eat in there unfortunately. I keep hearing all these plans for upgrading the resort, it just didn’t feel like that was anywhere near starting yet. Our 4-bedroom unit was wonderful however.

Multi-Family Vacation

Ideally this was a great place. The sleeping arrangements and space were good for having 3 separate families all staying. We saw roaches. There is no skillet/frying pan. We had to go purchase one after we got there. We had to purchase more towels as well. 4 towels were provided in the upstairs bathroom where 8 people could sleep. Outside screened in deck and stairs going down were dirty and trashy. Nothing major was wrong, but several little things.

The house was dated and there bug's and insects everywhere.

The rental process was smooth and easy but the house itself was terrible.

Overpriced for the condition

Could have been better.

First off, it appeared as though the unit was not properly cleaned from the previous guests (not good during covid). There was hair in the showers, and it looked as if someone took mentos and Coke and it erupted all over the carpets and walls, as both were very stained. Be prepared and bring Ant spray as they are all over the showers, especially upstairs. We even took some home as they got into the car and had them crawling all over us during the 6 hour drive home. Some of the blinds were missing or wouldn't close. The activity center is included, but the pool doesn't seem to get cleaned also it smelled like a public bathroom. Despite all the bad, the location was very quiet, it's not far from the beach, but you do have to drive to it (1.5 miles with bridge over waterway). The food at house's place in the activity center was good, get the wings. The beach is really nice, get there early since parking can get tricky and the beach gets crowded quick.

FILTHY OUTDATED RENTAL

This was the worse experience and rental I have ever stayed in. The only plus side was the unit was in the perfect location and was able to accommodate all 10 nicely. Other than that I will never book or stay on this property again. 1. Trash was overflowing out front when we arrived 2. There were ROACHES crawling in the rooms and kitchen 3. The green carpet was brown and disgusting 4. The wall were filthy dirty and there was cobb webs 5. The shower has black bugs all over that we had to bleach before use 6. The hot tub was disgusting I had difficulty getting in touch with property manager to dicuss all of the issues (3 days) when I did I was offered my money back for the rest of my stay so I could fund somewhere else. If I did not want that they could refund 1 night stay. She did have pest control come out but by that point damage was already done. They are well aware of the condition of this property based off reviews of Sea Trails not posted on VRBO within the past month. They are refusing to do anything about it and continue to rent the unit.

Home is bigger than what you see in the pictures overall it was clean for the most part only seen a couple roaches area is really nice overall we enjoyed our stay

Wonderful Location (Sunset Beach)

It was so easy to check in and out. The place was big. There was 17 of us. When we got there it was amazing but we woke up with roaches crawling in our beds. I told the office about it and they came and sprayed. It didn’t help much because we still had bugs crawling in our food. The upstairs bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. We stayed because we didn’t have nowhere else to go. The location was amazing though. Sunset Beach is beautiful! We were about 20 minutes from fast food, Walmart, cvs but right next to a dollar store so it wasn’t so bad.
