This beautiful, oceanfront home is in one of the most desirable locations on Ocean Isle Beach. Come and relax on the 2-level porch, in the hot tub, or in your private, heated swimming pool. Enjoy your own boardwalk to the beach and beautiful days on the picturesque North Carolina coast. Gather with friends and family in the home's spacious living and dining areas and entertain with a fully stocked kitchen.

This home has six large and comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bath. All bedrooms have spacious closets and television.

The home offers both garage and driveway parking for 5-6 cars. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the center of Ocean Isle where you can enjoy restaurants, ice cream, bars, shopping, and family activities like miniature golf. The home's proximity to more than 60 North and South Carolina golf courses also makes it the perfect spot for golf enthusiasts.

The home is equipped with high speed, wireless internet. There are also amenities for young children including a pack & play, safety gates, and a high chair. You can choose to heat the pool at $65/day.

We do not rent our home for weddings or parties.

Overall was a great house in great location. Our only problem was the beds weren't very comfortable and the bedroom set up was peculiar? Lots of wasted space in 2nd floor bedrooms. Would've been nice to have a game room or something usable.

House was perfect for my family. We had 8 adults,a teenager and a toddler. Loved the large wide open floor plan. This house is amazing overall, my favorites were the comfy furniture on large deck,bathrooms for each bedroom, the additional half bath, and the extra table in the sunroom for puzzles.We also loved the beautiful pool. I could go on and on. Would stay there next summer but it is already booked.

Wonderful property

We loved this house. Location was great, the kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable on some very hot days. The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of parking.

Great house for family reunion. This was our first visit to Ocean Isle, and we are glad we stayed here. The home layout worked well for our family especially with 2 bedrooms on the main level for the grandparents. The covered deck was the perfect place to hang out whenever we weren't at the beach or by the pool. The weather was still a little fresh during our visit at the end of May, so the having the toasty hot tub was the cherry on top.

Perfect location in OIB! Great beach access. The pool is the perfect size. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and beach chairs as well. Great space for everyone! En-suite bathrooms in each bedroom was such a nice amenity! Kitchen has everything you need. Our favorite feature might have been the big couch on the main level deck! So lovely to sit and listen to the ocean in the morning and evening. Lovely spot!

Beautiful ocean front property

Beautiful ocean front property. With 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths there was plenty of room to spread out. Pool and hot tub and private walkway to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!plenty of room to spread out.

Family New Year Eve Gathering

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We had 8 adults and 8 kids under the age of 8. This house provided more than enough space, amenities and beautiful views. It was clean and ready upon arrival. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen you've ever seen. Think Keurig and regular coffee pot. Everything was there and more! We loved having most of the rooms upstairs to not wake up everyone when the kids were in the living room. The pool was a hit! The kids enjoyed the heated pool for the winter days and we were never cold. The kids biked to the park and local shops and only took a few minutes. Truly the best few days together and will make this annual tradition moving forward!

Girlfriends trip was perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house. It was beautiful, fully stocked, clean, and right at the ocean. We loved that it was perfectly set up for 11 of us to sit together comfortably in the living room, kitchen or patio. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi. We have already booked our stay for 2025. Swings and Roundabouts = A Beach Wonder!

We just returned from a long weekend at Swings and Roundabouts, a first stay for us. We are six couples on the "mature" side who have booked a house annually at OIB for about a decade, and before that on Emerald Isle. We look for and have seen our share of houses, looking to find those that are affordable, ocean front, and a minimum of 6 bedrooms and baths. S&R seemed perfect on paper! The first thing to know is Lauren the property manager is AWESOME, always answering every question pre-trip promptly and completely, and generous with suggestions for our stay. As each couple arrived, the first impression was always how CLEAN and SPACIOUS the house was! And ready for us, too - beds neatly made, bath towels handy, ice maker full, hot tub running, etc. Perfect! While the layout is a bit quirky at first, all six couples agreed they were satisfied with the size and appearance of the bedrooms, and each with a private bathroom. Perfect! Two dining room tables (seat 14 at least). a large, fully equipped kitchen (extra fridge in the garage), a large deck off the family room, large tv with cable with plenty of seating, and a large pool, which although we chose not to use it this trip was lit up beautifully at night. Great golf, tennis and pickleball within a ten minute drive. Perfect! I could go on, but suffice to say it was agreed by all that this was the nicest house we've stayed at over the years, and we have already started to make plans to return in 2025!

2024 overview

This is the 6th year we have rented this house. We love the layout and location. This is the first time ever that the kitchen and master bath were not thoroughly cleaned after the previous renters which was not how I wanted to start my vacation. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family. We have already booked for our 7th year!

TLC Needed

The house is spacious and in a good location. The first floor (kitchen/living room area) are fairly updated. The view is amazing. However, we were overall disappointed in the house for several reasons. The blinds are old, rusted, and broken in many areas. The bathrooms are extremely outdated, particularly the master, with cracking paint in many areas. The carpet was also on the older side with several stains. Though the pool is nice, it was only cleaned once during our stay and was filthy the last 3 days of the trip. There is little to no landscaping. Also, there were not TVs in each bedroom. One bathroom has no hot water. Finally, there was an intrusion of cockroaches in the upper deck area in the main outside area. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable gathering outside after the second night. Luckily, the host was very receptive and helpful and had the cockroach issue addressed. Overall, the house has good bones but needs a lot of TLC. Sadly, it was no where worth the 13k per week and I would not recommend staying at this house.

Close to the beach

The house is really nice. There were a few things wrong when we got there, but were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. There were 10 of us and the house was plenty big. We liked that there was an extra refrigerator downstairs for drinks. There are two large garages that you could park in to keep your vehicle cool and they came in handy when we were leaving it in the morning because it was raining really bad and we needed to load the car. It wouldā€™ve been better if the walk way went out over the sand dunes because if you have elderly or somebody that doesnā€™t walk well it was hard to get over the them. The hose on the walkway was nice to get the sand off of you before you went into the house or the pool or the hot tub and the outdoor shower also came in handy. I would suggest having Windex because of the glass top tables in the house, and it would be nice if the windows were cleaned more often. We did really enjoy our stay.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our week at this house. This was our first time to Ocean Isle and staying oceanfront. Both were great. There were 13 in our group and we all had plenty of space. Some of our favorite things at this house were the views from the deck, having a pool/hot tub and easy access to the beach.

Easy booking, wonderful location

This house had it all. Located within walking distance of the pier in ocean isle but far enough away the beach wasnā€™t too crowded. The house had great amenities and was stocked with everything youā€™d need for the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well laid out. The property owner was great to deal with. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you!

Great Beach House

The house was clean and very functional. The beach as always was exceptional. The property manager was responsive and solved our clogged toilet issue in less than one hour!

We wanted something oceanfrontā€¦ something well built and with good flow. Everything about this home fit that bill. Talk about 'location, location, location;' this home could not be in a more perfect spot.

Our home offers easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk. There are plenty of open spaces both inside and outside of the house, and there are also quiet places where you can tuck away and escape from the world. We keep our home very clean and have the BEST property manager on the island.
