Beautiful lake front farmhouse located in the heart of Carrollwood, FL and only short 15 minute drive to Downtown Tampa and many other attractions.

When you stay at Lake Mag Farms you have access to a 3 acre property, which includes: Lake access to one of the few spring fed lakes in the Tampa Bay area. Perfect for bass fishing, stand up paddle-boarding, kayaking, wake-surfing or water skiing.

The house consist of 3 bedrooms w/ balconies, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room with views of the lake , an a outdoor screened patio area with a bar & lounge sitting, and a wrapped around porch with a gas grill and a coffee table with views to the open field. Wake up every morning looking at the lake from every room in the house and every afternoon enjoy stunning sunsets on your deck!!!

In front of the main house there is parking for any size RV including a 50 amp and water hook up. No sewer hook up.

In addition to the Main House the property has an additional Guest Barn House, available for add-on at an additional cost of $250 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee. The Guest Barn House add-on requires a 5 night minimum.

The Barn House can accommodate your additional guest in a fully furnished, 1 bedroom 1 bath house with kitchen, dining room, large living room, balcony, built-in wet bar, ice maker, wine cooler and a patio area underneath bistro lights, a gas fire-pit, and a grill for lovely outdoor dinners with family and friends.
