The house was just as depicted in the pictures, it truly exceeded all my expectations! The pool was clean and perfect and the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. You have all the necessary comforts of home , from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry area! Laney was available for any questions and made sure we had everything!! Thank you again !

Nicely decorated, comfortable home.

House was very nicely decorated and the pictures online were spot on. Everything we needed, was there. Spacious rooms, very nice pool and great to have the washer and dryer. Super easy to get to from the airport. For a populated residential neighborhood, it was very quiet. Would recommend.

Family Friendly Home

We booked this home last minute, as our other rental canceled. Booking on short notice was a stress free experience. The home is as pictured and we loved playing in the pool. Perfectly located between Raymond James Stadium and Busch Gardens.

This location is neat, clean and free of debris. Only concerns were an allergen upstairs that caused a severe allergy attack. This could have been the cleaning supplies used. However, it was not a problem downstairs. And it takes forever to get hot water upstairs. The weather was cooler than normal and we could not turn up the air-conditioner set for 70 degrees. Fortunately there are additional blankets available.The linens are very nice and the beds are very comfortable!Fully stocked kitchen was so convenient!The pool is as described. We were able to enjoy it between rain showers. We will definitely consider this location for our next trip.

Great Place to Stay

This place was great. My first experience with VRBO and it didnā€™t disappoint. The host had a sweet binder with a lot of great things to do. It was well stocked with things we would need. The decor was very tastefully done. Beds were comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed the convenience of the zoo.

Nice House Questionable Neighborhood

The house was nice and clean. The property managers were good to work with. The pool area is small but perfect for a few people. The neighborhood is very questionable. If you decide to stay check out Boā€™s ice cream shop!

Decorated well. Master on second level, however it was separated pretty well with a king bed and a queen bed. It was perfect for a small family traveling with other guests downstairs. The pool was nice, good space. Inside space was very cozy. It was perfect for our needs.

When we got to the house we thought we were in the wrong neighborhood; the house doesn't look not even close as neat an the one in the listing, the picture of the pool was taken in a way it looks longer than what it is. Found 2 large live rouches the night we got there. "HGTV dream home" MISLEADING, amateur finishes at best. Contacted them after we left just to let them know what we found for their information only, I wasn't going to leave a review to what they reacted in a not so nice way and even telling me the bugs were there because we left dirty dishes when we actually found them the night we got there.

Great little home

We stayed over spring break, first week of April 2024. House was as expected from the online pictures and it suited our needs. Pros: This house was great for our family of 4 and three additional guests. The upstairs loft has a king and queen bed with a full bath. We had four girls upstairs and the boys stayed downstairs. Beds were comfortable enough, plenty of blankets and pillows. Bedding was clean, the house was mostly clean. Kitchen had necessary items and starter supplies. Nice basket of comfort items was also provided. Clear instructions for everything was easy to refer to. Cons: There isn't really a "hot tub" - it is a separate section that flows into the main pool. The whole pool is kept at the same temperature. This was disappointing since I specifically was looking forward to a hot tub. Kids enjoyed the pool though. The neighborhood was okay...I didn't feel unsafe but we weren't about to take a walk either. Towels provided were good enough, one per person so we had to launder a few times throughout the week. Nicer towels and more of them would be nice. Overall good experience. This was much better than staying in a hotel.

The calm before the storm

First, we had a wait an hour outside because the code was incorrect. Easy mistake which is understandable. When we got in, the place was nicely decorated versus what the pictures online portrayed. Had a lovely time with my husband, kids, and my nieces and nephews. On the last day of our trip, when it was time to check out, it is common courtesy that as a mother, you clean up after yourself and the kids. Coming from upstairs, a woman barged through the front door shouting ā€œYou people feel like you are so entitled. Get the fā€”out. You are trespassing on this property and Iā€™m going to call the cops.ā€ My daughter and I were stunned as this woman continued to curse at us and not allow us to get in any words. We were distraught and frightened by this womanā€™s language and demeanor. Thankfully, the younger kids were already situated in the car. I would never, ever recommend this location to anyone ever again. It is not family friendly. She claimed that we were wasting her money by sabotaging the clean up crews time. Mind you, the house wasnā€™t even that clean. From the cobwebs, to the roaches, moldy bathroom, stained bedsheets, and the dead flowers that needed replacing. The management at this property was simply unacceptable and no one should ever be spoken to in that manner. Ever. As a caring mother and human being, Iā€™m still shaken up by the entire experience.

Home away from home

This home was clean, spacious and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable Host was easy to communicate with. I was traveling with my daughter and grandkids and felt completely safe. Would definitely book again!

The property was okey I have been doing Vrbo for years and this property is the least best I have stayed in. The pool stayed dirty due to not having a cover to block the tree. The cleaners need to do better cleaning and sweeping. The main floor bathroom cleanliness was not good at all.
