The Space:

This lovely vacation home, located on the bayside of Eastham, offers the ideal combination of comfort and convenience, and is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation with the family. Hop on your bicycle and in three minutes you will be at the Cape Cod Rail Trail, where you can enjoy a the remarkably picturesque scenery and experience many of the wooded forests, lakes and quiet kettle ponds, salt marshes, bogs, winding creeks, and sandy beaches that the Lower Cape has to offer. First Encounter beach is a just a few minutes drive from the home, as well as Herring Pond and Boat Meadow. Our property provides the level privacy that you and your family would like, while being conveniently close to all the attractions that you want to see. Walk through the door and enter our wonderful three-season sunroom, which connects to the newly-updated deck and outdoor shower. You will love the backyard setting, behind mature trees offering a private yard with a fire pit. Inside, you will find an updated kitchen, spacious dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and comfortable couch seating. The basement features a ping pong table, mini air hockey, and lounge area with TV entertainment. There are three bedrooms, sleeping a total of ten guests, as well as two full bathrooms. Other amenities include smart TV, WiFi, A/C, a washer/dryer, and sheets and towels provided at no extra cost. Our home is also dog friendly, so don’t forget to bring your furry friend along too!

The Del Mar support staff was very accommodating. The home centrally located. The home was comfortable. A bit more cluttered than expected. No cupboard space to place vacationers items. Cleaning staff does a great job dusting.

Lovely home, convenient to the bike trails

This is a lovely house that is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is very close to the Cape Cod rail Trail and is an easy bike ride to Coast Guard beach. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great!

The house was very clean and spacious - way more than we needed for 4 people. The yard was well kept and lots of room for the dogs. The location was also perfect! The property manager was very kind and attentive and quickly fixed a problem we discovered upon check in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect spot for enjoying the Cape

The house is perfect for a group and has all the extras you could want- bikes, beach chairs, ping pong, fire pits, grills! The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the beds were comfy and we had a blast. The location is perfect for ocean, bay, groceries, restaurants, etc. And unlike the houses I spent my youth in at th Cape- perfect A/C! We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay on the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at a fabulous house. It not only met our needs but it surpassed our expectations. The house was clean, had wonderful supplies and we felt right at home. The management company was very responsive when we discovered a water leak in the basement. We will return since we have extended family close by.

Perfect Off Season Mini Family Get Away

This property was perfect for a last minute get away. Wonderful neighborhood, easily accessible to beaches and other towns. House was super comfy and allowed ample room for space and comfort for our family of four and our dog. The boys loved the ping pong and air hockey. Great outdoor area. Mom loved the comfy areas to cur up and read. Property Manager was extremely communicative. The house was very clean, had all the amenities, easy check in/checkout. Would definitely stay here again, due to location and comfort of house.

Bridge St house

The house was very clean with a comfortable and cosy vibe. Ours was a group of eight family members, including two kids and a baby. We were on Cape for a funeral in March, so did’t spend much time at the house and made no use of any of the outdoor amenities. My only concern was that the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom sagged - I tended to roll toward my larger husband. The kitchen/dining room was a very nice gathering space as was the family room. Overall, the house met our needs well for a short stay.

We would stay again!

We were very impressed with the amenities and attractiveness of this adorable house. We stayed early October and there was a cold front for some of our stay but this house was cozy. We did use the ping pong table and washer / dryer in the basement once, and were pleased to see that there were also bikes in the basement. It even had an outside shower. Wi fi worked well for my ipad. The kitchen had everything we needed except for things that would need replenished like saran wrap or foil, (unless we couldn't find it), but we expected that to be a 'bring along' item. We loved the kitchen and dining area and the living room was very cozy. If I had to give a down side, I'd agree with someone else that 9 am is just a tad early for older people who may have made themselves at home and had to gather things, pack a car, and all while having morning joint pain - especially when guests are to have specific instructions for checkout on top of being out the door on time. However, we left the evening before to avoid our early morning stiffness and aches after packing before the drive home. Definitely a 5 star stay for us. We already miss the house. Thanks Del Mar.

Wonderful experience in Eastham

The home provided everything we needed to enjoy a great week on the cape. We were able to cook, do laundry, and even have a fire in the firepit and roast marsh mellows.... Great location to ride bikes and navigate anywhere on the cape. We will return again soon!

Lively Cape in the Cape

Relaxing stay in Eastham

We had a great time at the Eastham house. Plenty of room for six adults and two dogs. Great private yard and nice neighborhood. Close to most things. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the basement has bikes, boogie boards, games...great for kids. The kitchen could use a new toaster and maybe a couple of new frying pans. Also maybe a TV in the upstairs bedroom. The dogs loved it too!

Clean, quiet & well located

This rental was clean, well cared for and an easy location from which to explore further out on the Cape. Our hosts were attentive and responsive, easy to work with as we arranged our stay. It easy accommodated 6 adults and 2 large dogs. I would recommend this rental and this rental company.

Comfy

Our stay was most enjoyable! The house is perfect for a group of 8 or so. Lots of usable living space. Nice basement for kids to play with ping pong table, air hockey and Wii. Excellent location. Near to shopping, eateries and church! No need to hassle with traffic. Also easy to get to ponds for swimming and ocean and bay for all round beach experience.

Lovely location and property

This property is a perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood. The setup is great for a large group with different floors and activities. There was decent communication with the management company when the gas fireplace wouldn’t work. Our only complaint was that when using the kitchen we noticed much of the flatware and knives and pots and pans were not cleaned properly and we had to clean everything before use. The kitchen also lacked dishwasher detergent so we had to hand wash everything. A few tweaks from the owners could make this place stellar.

Eastham, MA VRBO rental

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for this adult party of 6 and our pup. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/dining area spacious. Living room was a bit cramped and we would have liked a bit more grass in the back yard rather than a sandy fire pit which we couldn’t use due to mosquitoes. Otherwise very nice and the DelMar staff was great!
