Enjoy the best Cape Cod has to offer. At Meadow View house, you will enjoy a short walk (1/4 mile) to South Sunken Meadow Beach along a quiet road lined with views of the marsh and meadow. Views of the bay and marsh from an expansive upper deck. Unique reverse floor plan maximizes views from bright, open living area with large sliders out to the upper deck. Walk out through more large sliders to your own deck from two of the three bedrooms on the lower level. Set back from the street, this house is private and sits on an oversized, well treed lot. There is plenty of room for parking, even for a boat if you bring one. Well behaved dogs (up to 2) are welcome and will have their own bed to sleep on. Family friendly with a baby gate and small Pack N Play available for use. Ductless A/C upstairs and down. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, beach wagon, beach chairs, newly renovated outdoor shower and USB charging hubs in each bedroom. Up to two well behaved dogs are possible here for an additional fee of $150 each, please inquire.
