Quiet neighborhood, 2 Bedroom house, Lake front with dock, close to town

Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks Westside! Paved roads all the way to the driveway. Private setting, 1 acre, lots of mature trees to enjoy the shade. NO WAKE COVE, at the 38 Mile Marker, great for swimming and kayaking. We live next door and are available to assist with your needs. Please read House Rules. Free Boat ramp access (not suitable for cabin cruisers or larger boats. Ok for jet ski's, fishing boats or pontoons). Plenty of boat/trailer parking across drive by power pole. Bring your life jackets and float around on the paddle boat, kayaks or swim mat. State law requires lifejackets on all watercraft, mororized or not! Up to you if you wear it but need to have it when you go out. 2 well covered dock with swim deck (no power to the dock at this time). Partially closed in one slip for new seating area with table and chairs. Perfect to chill and hang out on the dock. Wet Steps ladder for easy in and out of the lake. Boat slip for rent with cabin rental. Boat slip rental additional $20/night (please notify us, so we can add to your reservation) 10X24 slip, roof height 12'. Water depth at full pool is about 8'.
At the house there is a deck across front, half is covered, for evening chill time. Carport, room to park 2 cars, or hang out on those rainy days. Gas grill provided. 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, futon couch in living room), 1 bathroom, full kitchen, TV in living room and master bedroom with DVD player and some older movies to pick from. We now HAVE WIFI with Roku on living room TV!! Keypad entry with personal code for each stay. 3-4 miles to grocery stores, bars, and shopping. Lots of parking area. We have plenty of chairs to hang out in nature! Fire pit and gravel walk way to dock (now lit up at night). Sleeps 6, $10pp/night charge for over 4 guests.

Very quiet neighborhood! Everything was clean and the private dock with kayaks and paddle boat was perfect for our family! We are looking forward to our next trip back! We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place to take your kids!

What a great place!

Wow, not enough good things to say about this place! Our family came to visit from Arizona and we all had a blast! The home was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time playing outside in the large yard where we saw deer every morning! The dock was absolutely amazing and we had a great time swimming and kayaking! We hope to be back next summer!

Amazing lake house!

My father, my 15 year-old son and myself absolutely enjoyed our long weekend at this amazing lake house. We all enjoyed our time here immensely! We will definitely be back!

Vacay at LOZ

All the comforts of home plus lake access. Cabin was extremely clean and very well stocked. A very pretty setting; quiet and secure. Husband attended a week long carving class while my sister and I used the paddle boat and took walks in the small pretty neighborhood surrounded by the lake. Large shaded front porch with plenty of seating and a gas grill. Large windows in every room afforded views of lake. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend LiveOaks Cabin. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We LOVED this property and the owners are amazing! Looks even better in person. The cove is perfect for swimming or using the kayaks and paddle boat. We used the paddle boat every day. Lots of wildlife to watch - deer, woodpeckers, herons, etc. Peaceful and all amenities. Quick drive to endless things to do - parasailing (Paradise Parasailing was awesome), Bridal Cave (beautiful) and many others. We will be back!

Cute Cabin at Lake of the Ozarks

The property was lovely. A small, cozy cabin on a quiet cove - just as advertised. The bed was sooooo comfy! Lovely covered porch and firepit area, and a great dock! We were there for 10 days in August and we were very pleased with the property. The owners were very nice and were helpful. I would love to stay there again some time!

Ozark vacation

The house, neighborhood and the boat dock was everything you would have hoped for when you book online. Jennifer and Mark the property owners made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. Great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint and quiet cabin. We are two adults and three kids. It was great having the fire pit with utensils and chairs, as well as the accessibility to the dock and boats. We spent hours fishing, kayaking, and paddle-boating and our children (ages 6-11) loved it. This side of the lake was quiet and family-friendly. The house was clean and ample for our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Grocery store not far away. The owners, Jennifer and Mark, live next door and for the most part left us to ourselves, but we had a couple of friendly conversations getting to know them out at the dock. Communication with owners was easy and helpful. There are several family-friendly activities in the area such as hiking, go karts, mini golf, cavern tours and more. I highly recommend this property for families with children.

A little slice of heaven!

The family and I had an amazing time at the Ozarks. We will definitely be back and will stay at Mark and Jennifer’s place for as long as it’s available. Unless we find our own. We fell in love the area. The house was the perfect place to unwind from a day on the lake. The covered porch was perfect to watch the wildlife roam around. The easy walk to the water was wonderful. Didn’t have to deal with a steep staircase going down to the dock. The dock was perfect for the kids to swim and fish. The property sits in a quiet and calm cove. Mark and Jennifer (and Syd) were absolutely wonderful!!

Great vacation

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We loved the quietness of the area and the no wave cove. Kids had a yard to play in and the amenities for the dock were great. Loved having our own access to launch our jet ski, very close marina, and a great cove close that was perfect for tubing. Overall perfect stay and we will be back!

My family and I had an amazing stay. The cabin and property were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The kids had a blast playing in the water at the dock. Jennifer and Mark were wonderful and great hosts. I look forward to my next visit and would absolutely love to stay here next time.

Amazing family vacation!

First I must say the hosts were amazing! They came up and made sure we got in the house okay. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Me and my husband came with our children and they had a blast. It was very accommodating for a family of 6. Had a great time fishing on the dock and going out on the lake on the paddle boat. Beautiful fire area looking out to the water with beautiful lights which is nice. The internet ran amazing which was important since I am in college and had to still attend my online classes. The location of this area is really nice it has a middle of nowhere feel but has stores and fast food near by. Truly an amazing place with amazing hosts and we will definitely be coming back one day.

We love the lake life! Finally here full time! Came from Lawson and Excelsior Springs just north of Kansas City. We live next door to the cabin. Bought the property several years back and moved the cabin from across the street. You will see our neighbors have new big house. It was a process but it fits perfect for our guests needs. We hope that our guests will enjoy this area as much as we do.

If your looking for a nice place to unwind, this is it. Quiet calm cove. Often see wildlife, all kinds of different birds, squirrels, chipmunks, ground hogs, deer, and the occasional red fox. We've had several sightings of a Bald Eagle flying over the cove. Also just a quiet neighborhood to take an evening walk around the cul de sac.

No stairs to the lake! Only 4 stairs into the house. Nice gradual slope down to the water. Or if you need to you can just drive your car down to the dock.
