2 bedroom, 1 bath. Both bedrooms are nicely decorated and have queen size beds. also queen air bed that can be set up in living room. Open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan. Furnished with bed linens, towels for kitchen and bath, dishes, cookware, and appliances. 42 "flat screen TV with dish network and internet provided All you need to bring is food and your own beach towels and we'll take care of the rest. Cottage remodeled in 2015. cottage is only 30' from the water and dock ! Screened in porch and large attached deck with grill and grilling tools provided. 10 x 28 covered boat dock electricity and table and chairs. sun and swim dock attached in a deep water no -wake cove. Frankie & Louies beach front bar and grill is a 1/4 mile drive down the hill. Restaurant, bar, ice cream shack, live music, sandy beach, sand volleyball, arcade, and Daves paddle boats,paddle board, and kayaks rental. Boat launch and trailer storage within 1/4 mile. Boat rental located at Frankie & Louies. Boat or drive to many great restaurants and bars. large grocery store within 1 1/2 miles.
The main level of the home is owner occupied on weekends during summer months.
The lower level of the home is the VRBO rental that has separate entry door, screened in porch, and deck. The south 1/2 of the covered dock with 10 x 28" well and swim platform is included.

Perfect Spot on the Lake

Hosts and property were amazing! Easy check-in and check-out! Very clean and well appointed! Loved the screen-in porch! Unexpectant pleasantries provided by the hosts! Convenient and easy access to nearby boat ramp. Would love to stay here again!

Couples getaway

The property was everything we wanted! The screened in porch and deck were heavenly. We spent our days on the dock or in the lake. So very peaceful. We were able to also catch enough fish to have fish for dinner 2 nights. The turtles were very enjoyable to watch. We’d stay again!

Quiet home in a great location

My family enjoyed this property. It is in a great location. Walk right up to the lake, nice for swimming, and had nice amenities.

Lake Getaway

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! My brother and sister ended up joining us for part of the weekend and it was the perfect sized place for the four of us! Very conveniently located near several bars and restaurants by land and water too!

Beautiful property and great location!

Our family had a relaxing and fun weekend! Great place to hang out by the lake or drive to a nearby restaurant on the water! Plenty of amenities and owners were quick to get us anything we needed help with or had questions about. With Franky and Louie's so close, you can't go wrong with this property!!

Great place to stay! Everything about the place was awesome. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. They were very nice people. The location was ideal for me. The rental was stocked well with nearly everything you would want or need. I hope to stay here again.

Relaxing stay on the water

We had a great time at Michael and Nevada's home on the cove! Loved the screened in porch and sitting on the dock. Size of the place was great for the two of us, felt spacious yet cozy. Location was great, close to boat rentals and fun to try out different restaurants. Great first time in LOTO!

Great VRBO.

Wonderful house with a huge dock with an open wet slip. The owner also has a light in the water that attracts fish to his dock. Nice little notes all over the VRBO explaining how things work. Even a few that are pretty funny (people who have a bit to much to drink and get sick). EXCELLENT VRBO.

Relaxing lakeside retreat!

The screened porch and open deck overlooking the water on this rental really made our Ozarks experience complete. We loved sitting on the deck with a drink, watching the turtles vying for sunny positions on the dock. The house itself was very clean and well appointed, with plenty of space indoors and out. The comfortable patio furniture adds considerably to available living space. There's even an extra boat slip if you decide to rent a boat. The owners were super helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The location was excellent with grocery stores, pharmacies, and bait shops nearby, not to mention Franky & Louie's within walking distance.

Hated ridiculous signs/rules - Negative Vibe

We absolutely hated the numerous notes with rules in each room especially the sign about vomiting stuck above the kitchen sink. So gross!!! For that nightly rate more often than not the caliber of guests won't be vomitting in kitchen sink or disrespecting the property so subjecting us to read that every time we were using the kitchen is beyond gross. Also the note about the bedding being for decorative purposes only...just gave us a negative vibe. There were rules about how to use the towels...seriously?!? Another about using old rugs under the sink instead of decorative dish clothes. The deodarizers in every room with different scents also made the place smell like a morgue and gave us headaches. We had to find them all and kept them in the storage closet and aired out the place in order to stay. Please consider putting ice trays in the freezer as it doesn't make ice. It is a nice location and the options for a closed porch and open one is a great feature. Bcoz of the negative vibe we spent most of our time at the place our friends had rented that was 2 minutes away that had a more positive vibe.

Great 50th wedding anniversary

The house, screened porch, large deck, and wonderful dock, were fantastic. The owners Michael and Neveda, were so friendly. We didn't meet Michael in person, but I talked with him on the phone the day before check-in. He is so nice we are sorry that we did not meet. We arrived in the afternoon of a Tues. Michael had given the check-in info to me on the phone. No real sign needed. We met Neveda on Thursday. She is great too. So sweet, she brought us cake for our anniversary. We felt like we had been friends for years. She asked several times if we needed anything. We didn't, because everything you needed was there. Inside the cabin was very clean. In the VRBO pictures the furniture looked like it might be dated. It was not. All the furniture inside and out was nice, stylish, and comfortable. Not only that there was seating everywhere you looked, but not cramped. We fished off the dock for 4 days, caught not only a lot of fish but some really nice rays from the sun. The dock is included with the property, so if you bring your own boat or want to rent one from nearby you can. This was our 50th anniversary, we didn't want to do a lot of water skiing, so we passed on a boat. I can't say enough great things about this place. I think it is great for young families, or couples on a romantic get away. Or anyone that wants to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. Five Stars is not enough. ENJOY

We have been coming to lake Of The Ozarks for 28 years for recreation and relaxation with family and friends . We are from central IL. so this is a paradise to us! We love the lake life and all the friendly people at Sunrise Beach MO. twenty one years ago we decided to move our RV to Deer Valley Campground where we became friends with some of the best people. In 2013 we decided we would like to purchase a home for rental and personal use but it would need to be within the Deer Valley cove. After looking at many homes our dream came true in march of 2015. The best part was the home had separate living quarters that we can be able to share our home with special guest, we use the upstairs which leaves our guest with a cozy two bedroom cottage, large screened in porch, very large deck, and a 28' boat slip with attached swim platform.
