This fully self-contained unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, good sized balcony with BBQ, plenty of living space, open plan living, internal laundry, security parking (entry max. height 1.9m). The security complex also offers a sparkling inground swimming pool, lift and Wi-Fi.

The apartment had great views to the river mouth and out to sea. We were very comfortable, the only negative is the car park which was a bit difficult to manoeuvre around. Would be easier in a small car.

Very average. No air con, no soap in bathrooms, no handbasin plug to allow shaving. 1 car park almost impossible to use because of numerous columns and tight spaces. We would not choose in future

Location was excellent. Right in middle of town with easy access to everything

Property was basically clean but really needs an update with paint and a scrub. No air conditioning or ceiling fans in living area. Girls in property management office just gave me the keys and paperwork but when I phoned back they couldn't give me any help with wifi. We eventually found details in apartment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start I had issues... I arrived Saturday at 2.58.... took me an hour to find my apartment. on the letter with the keys. they never wrote on the letter what apartment number. it took me over an hour to find the apartment... the apartment number was on the key. it would have been easier to figure it out if I wasn’t given 6 keys. you only need two keys. I even asked residents of the building for help and they were just as confused... As an American I was not comfortable using keys on random doors to figure out what key would open the door to my apartment. I called the office but never got a call back... I called on Monday to speak with someone in management to express my concern... It also took me two days to figure out how to get into the parking garage... no explanation was given on the page attached to the keys with instructions... NO AC.... For a beach front apartment... this should be addressed. I was there in the spring. good luck for summer guest.Property condition was clean. GREAT LOCATION. tenants were very nice... apartment was clean... I can’t recommend this location unless they fix the communication for first time renters (If there was better explanation on paper on how to get into the building and parking) and Air Conditioner is a must... the apartment living room had a great breeze at night ... but the bedrooms were saunas 24/7!

Reviewer Comments: Unit was dirty,i did discuss & send pics to elders but norhing was done.Unit is in a old building has dated decore & minimal maintenance.Unit was in a good location but would not stay again due to the fact i had to clean/wash all kitchen utensils before use,vacumm, wipe down all surfaces ,wash towels, put bbq outside as it was stinking.We dont go on holidays to clean someone elses unit after we have paid for a clean unit.Was overall not happy with the cleanliness of the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described. Old style but clean and comfortable. Fabulous view and very convenient location. Parking is very tight. We would stay again though. Unfortunately plumbing work was being carried out throughout our stay. This started at 8am and went, on and off, all day. At times it was deafening. We had to leave the unit all day and couldn’t relax in the afternoons, as planned, after our morning walks. We were hoping for a relaxing holiday after looking after our grandchildren so this was disappointing.

It gets plenty of sunshine and we love the great balcony off the lounge area. We always enjoy our stay here. The property is in original condition and has basic but clean and comfortable furnishings. Lift access, secure parking, unlimited WI FI and a great new smart TV make it perfect for us. Thank you to the owners for keeping your property accessible and affordable for so many of us to enjoy!

Mostly except the BBQ had grease/fat still on it. The dinner plates were dirty looked like that hadn’t been cleaned properly. This could be because there was no wash up scourer or sponge only a chux. And tea towel and detergent. The balcony sliding doors looked like they could do with a wipe down, other than that was satisfied.

Good location in a great spot to visit

Great location only issue was the unusual car parking in the garage where u had to man handle the car to get out of the parking spot other than that the accommodation was brilliant
