Lovely and newly renovated 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home with central A/C in excellent location, just one block from the ocean. Wonderful granite kitchen with "U" shaped island seating up to nine people.
Walking distance to great restaurants and less than one mile from a beautiful sandy beach. Great off street parking, nice backyard in quiet Narragansett Pier neighborhood. Large front porch with enclosed sunroom makes for the perfect summer getaway.

Great Hosts, Great Location, Great House

This was our annual Narragansett vacation. We are on going on 3 generations expecting the first grandchild this fall. My parents started taking us when we were infants and I've brought my kids and now theirs will join. Joan and Gloria quickly responded to my inquiries and when we arrived greeted us with big smiles and more fresh towels before we even got settled in!! The house is like your own home and has everything you need. Location is perfect we walked everywhere everyday. We were all very comfortable in our own rooms, did laundry and made family dinners every night. Checkout was a breeze. We really appreciate the kindness and attention to detail Joan and Gloria, great vacation!! xoxo

Weekend at Narragansett

Our family of 3 generations including two young grandchildren had a great stay at this charming, spacious, and well kept home. The home is well equipped with everything we needed and very convenient to beach, walking paths and restaurants and shops. The owner was gracious, wonderful, and helpful in communicating with us.

Wonderful stay in Narragansett

This was our first time to the area and we had an incredible time going to the beach (Town Beach was our favorite), cooking and bbq'ing at the house and hanging out in the yard. We were a family group of 6 adults and 5 kids aged 2-9. The house was very comfortable and clean and we really liked the covered porch and the yard. Neighborhood was also perfect for walks, runs and bike rides. Gloria responded very quickly to all of our questions and made us feel right at home. After this successful stay, we are looking forward to making Narragansett a new family beach tradition!

Perfect Location

Just had a great week in Narragansett with family and the place was perfect. We were mostly adults with one toddler and the location was just a few blocks from the sea wall, restaurants, and a small playground. The walk to the town beach wasn't too bad and we also were a quick drive from multiple state beaches as well. Inside everything was clean and functional. We enjoyed the large living room and our toddler liked hanging out on the porch and in the sunroom. Kitchen was a good size to make some of our meals in when we needed a break from eating out. There is a nice backyard and table setup which we unfortunately didn't take advantage of, but would be great to use as well. Gloria was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would happily stay here again in the future!

Beautiful house a block from the ocean on a nice quiet street with a very comfortable porch to relax on. Convenient to town beach, restaurants and shopping. Gloria will go out of her way to make sure your stay is stellar. Thank you and we look forward to returning.

A wonderful beach vacation.

Gloria's lovely home, with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms,was perfect for our large family of eight. In addition, the home had a cozy sunroom and a lovely front porch where we spent a portion of each day enjoying the sea breeze. We absolutely loved the U-shaped kitchen where those who were standing at the sink could face those who were seated at the huge dining table. The appliances worked very well and the kitchen was well-stocked so we cooked in quite a bit. We also enjoyed seafood from Monaghan's which was a short walk down the street, ice cream from Nana's and pizza from Colvitto's. Between Gloria's 4 beach passes and passes that we borrowed from friends who are residents, we had no trouble accessing Narragansett Town Beach without paying exorbitant daily fees. Even though we did not attend, Wednesday night is movie night at the beach featuring Jaws during our week. Friday nights are usually outdoor concert nights at the beach, but postponed due to inclement weather while we were there. I can't say enough good things about our host, Gloria, who went to the trouble of contacting us to let us know that the house was ready early our first day. After that, she checked in on us daily and also encouraged us to give her feedback so that she could improve her home for us and future guests. We will definitely consider renting again from her!

Family Beach Week

We had three families stay here and everyone had a blast. The toddler greatly appreciated not only the beach, but also the playground nearby. Gloria was incredibly flexible and accommodating to all our needs, which helped us have a wonderful drama free week at the beach.

Beautiful property

We had a family vacation planned to our favorite place, Rhode Island. We found this spacious and beautiful property on-line. The actual house was prettier than the pictures! Plenty of space for all our needs from toddler to grandparents. Kitchen was well equipped, large dining table. The back yard is lovely and we had a picnic out there. The walk to the Narragansett wall was easy and so close! Great parking at the house. Owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. Wonderful experience all around!

Second Year Renting from Gloria

My family rented with Gloria last year in another home and enjoyed this year's experience as much as last year's. The house was exceedingly comfortable and immaculate. The open living area is easy to socialize in, kitchen is well stocked, linens/towels/beach chairs are so useful, air conditioning works well, and neighborhood close to the ocean is lovely. Gloria is easily accessible and responsive to all requests. We will definitely rent from Gloria again.

Great House in a Great Location

Great place for a stay

The location of this house is great! Easy to walk to sea wall, restaurants, playground. You can walk to the beach but it was a little too far to lug chairs and coolers so we ended up driving. The house is clean and well kept. The owner checked in multiple times with us to make sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions. There is central air conditioning- previous reviews are out of date.

Nice stay near the ocean

More than we expected, the pictures do not do the home justice. The house was spotless, nicely decorated and very roomy. The new air conditioning works great. The owner was very easy to work with and made sure we didn't need anything. The ocean is just a block away and the beach was a short walk, or a shorter drive. We would definitely go back anytime Narragansett calls us. Thank you!

Great end of summer vacation home

The property is clean and most importantly close to the Ocean! The host was super responsive to the few needs we had. Everything was as listed and more than what we expected. We had three families in the home and were comfortable.

Great location!

Great house with shady front porch and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. Family room and TV set up could benefit from some updating. 2nd floor a tad warm in very hot days with no AC. Amazing location steps from everything.

Great large home near ocean

Our family of 4 had a fantastic week while staying at this property. Adequately stocked kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, great front porch and perfect neighborhood. Owners were very easy to communicate with very accommodating to our late booked trip. While the home does not have AC, there are several fans supplied and we spent our days at the nearby beach so it didn’t bother us. We will definitely be back and hope to make it a yearly trip to this lovely home.

Great vacation rental near the ocean

We had a great stay! Everyone loved the big open kitchen, ability to walk into town and to the beach, and 5 equal sized bedrooms plus 3 full bathrooms.

Great space

5 rooms all good. Utile kitchen. Very nice family owns the place and they are local. No A/C which might be an issue in very warm weather. We came in late May.
