Oceanfront estate perched above the Atlantic with sweeping views and tremendous privacy. Sprawling 3-bedroom, 4-full bathroom waterfront home with spectacular views of Narragansett Bay, Bonnet Shores Beach, and Beavertail Lighthouse. Experience an atmosphere of tranquility and calm with sunrise views, a magical glow at sunset and the moon shining on the water at night. High ceilings and open-plan one level living spread over 2,300 square feet offers flexibility and an impressive sense of space. Walk out to a fully furnished terrace and deck that provide the perfect setting for entertaining or relaxing while listening to the waves crash along the bluff and beach. Each bedroom features its own private en-suite with a fourth full bathroom off the hallway. Built in 1947, this home features some thoughtful modern appointments which strike a nice balance with its original retro roots. Central air conditioning, new stainless-steel appliances, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and new furniture both inside and out, just to name a few. With walk-on access to a private beach and located a short 5-minute drive from Narragansett Town Beach and Narrow River and only 15 minutes from Scarborough State Beach, this home offers the perfect beach vacation getaway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach towels, and beach toys are all available for your use. Visit nearby Newport for an easy day trip, abundant dining options and activities, or take a ferry to Block Island or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. The list of vacation activities available in this area is endless. Enjoy your next family vacation from this luxurious home with all the amenities for summer enjoyment. Tennis court seen in photos is unusable. Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with the payment of additional pet fee, limit 2 dogs.

Summer rentals are Saturday-Saturday. Check-in is 2:00pm Check-out is 10:00am.

Bed linens are not included in rental. Pillows, comforters, and blankets are provided. Sheets and pillowcases are the tenant's responsibility and can be easily sourced by a local drop-off and pick-up service if necessary. We can set that up if you would like, just ask us in your booking inquiry!

Host should write information in book about how to get to the private beach if allowed to access that beach which it says you can in rental info. Beach would be nice place to take pictures. Clean rooms, very spacious. Kitchen has nice lay out. Host was very quick to get back to us regarding our check-in information. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would stay there again.

Such a great place! Our family was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. It was clean and well cared for. Easy access to all the sights and just hanging out at home on the waterfront was amazing. Brian communicated with us clearly and in a timely manner. We had a perfect week at Brian’s property.

The house was nearly perfect. It is an older home that needs some updates but besides that the house was great! The kitchen was large and appliances were very nice and it had everything we needed for cooking. The outdoor space was perfect, we enjoyed the propane fireplace and the views of the water was top notch! Communicating with the host was excellant, Brian always got back to me quickly. Would stay again!

Beautiful location. The house and the grounds are meticulously kept up. It is a short walk to Bonnet Shores. The tennis court is defunct, but we weren't planning on using it. Beds were very comfortable and the check in process was easy.

This property has a spectacular view abd oustanding terrace/deck that is a special draw. An easy layout with a well-appointed kitchen and new appliances make it very workable and easy for cooking and serving take-out. The single floor layout and ADA touches make it easy for older people to get around and enjoy the space. It is dog-friendly with lots of room for fetch.

Location of home was perfect. We experienced issues with hot water(day1) and A/C (day2&3). Items were addressed by the property manager but unexpected of a rental in this price range. Inside of home was clean and welcoming, kitchen appliances , washer/dryer and patio furniture/equipment all new. Cooking and eating utensils were ample. Back room with million dollar view; windows were filthy and most inoperable. Fixtures in bathrooms are old and one shower unit barely had any flow. Many of the windows barely opened(problematic when A/C is inoperable), with filthy glass, and years of dirt sitting in the window sills. As the individual who coordinated this rental through VRBO I had to listen to allot of griping from the other guests. No one had a problem paying up for an Ocean front estate, but the bar needs to be higher here. Shame on the owners and shame on VRBO!

Great family vacation spot

Wonderful, spacious, and cozy home for three generations of family to enjoy. Views were spectacular, and access to the private/community beach was a great perk of this home.

This property in Narragansett is located perfectly for Rhode Island vibes with a view of the bay, boats, and beavertail lighthouse. It’s a clean home with beautiful landscaping. The most important things in the house are in good condition, and the appliances looked new. It wasn’t a huge deal, but a window and door in the sun room need a refresh. Putting sheets on the beds was annoying (the mattresses are heavy!), but this was a minor trade-off for these views!

If you’re looking for view and location, you have found it! This home is situated off the street far enough that you feel like you’re at your own resort. The landscaping was immaculate and mature (we stayed at the end of May / early June and got all the blooming flowers). The inside may be a tad dated, but it’s super clean and you will spend all your time outside on the deck enjoying the view, or in the sunroom doing the same. Many restaurants close by and Newport is a quick 20 minutes. No shortage of things to do or see. Brian was very helpful with a few questions and quick to respond. Worth every penny.

Great place for a girls trip

We were a moms and daughters party of six so a big selling point was 4 bathrooms. The house was clean and had a beautiful backyard and water view. The host was quick to respond when we had issues. Plenty of sleeping options in the three bedrooms. Would recommend

Thanksgiving stay

Amazing property and location with wonderful views of Narragansett Bay! We celebrated Thanksgiving during our stay. The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed. The house has as open layout and a comfortable feel. The sunrises and water views were spectacular. The home is set away from the main road and had a private feel.

An exquisite property

My husband and i stayed at this breathtaking property with our two daughters and their partners. The charming house is located down a long driveway on a huge property overlooking the ocean. It's away from the street and very quiet, yet conveniently located - Jamestown, Newport, Narragansett beach and village, and Wakefield are all an easy drive away. While the house is dated, it's comfortable, clean, well laid out and feels light-filled, airy and spacious. The many windows provide open, unobstructed views to the sea. The property is terraced and the gardens are lovely. The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with every utensil you might need, along with plenty of dishes, glassware, serving and storage bowls. The appliances are all modern and in good condition - a double oven, stovetop, coffee makers, toaster, blender etc. The outdoor patio area is large, with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a grill and more - such a beautiful place to relax. The bedrooms are private and the beds are comfortable. The communication with our host was impeccable - prompt, kind and helpful. This listing is an 11 out of 10! Thank you from all of us for a wonderful week!

Best decision ever!!!

I was intrigued when first finding this GEM in Narragansett but cried upon arrival. We absolutely loved this VRBO. It was stunning scenery, comfortable and very accommodating. Cannot thank Owner, Brian, enough for being so hospitable and in touch with me. This home was also pet friendly so just phenomenal all around of a trip for us all❤️

Family Get Together

We were disappointed to find the cleaning person there upon our arrival at the listed time. Fortunately she was there as the door code given to us did not work but she answered the door. I called Brian and left a message and he messaged back that he reset the door code and apologized. That was the only snafu. The house is very well stocked with everything from paper products to pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The open floor plan is nice along with the amazing water view and sun rises from the enclosed porch. The deck and deck furniture are great. The house is older but has been updated and very well kept. It met all of our expectations.

Great Vacation Home!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, well stocked, provides plenty of places to sit both inside and outside to spend time with family/friends, and the location and views can't be beat. We really enjoyed walking to the beach and using the beach gear provided. Brian was a wonderful host and was very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend this house if you want to stay on the coast in RI.

Exceptional Location

We so enjoyed our time at this home. The location is perfect! The view is amazing, it was such a pleasure to wake up to that every day. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I found the property managers to be very responsive when I reached out regarding propane tanks and a question about the lawn. Although most of the house was spotless, one of the bathrooms had a moldy shower curtain which gives the shower an unclean appearance and feel. The blankets that are covering the beds were also visibly dirty in 2 bedrooms upon our arrival but we had brought our own bedding so we just swapped them out. I would absolutely consider staying here again since the location is wonderful and the house is comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view. Overall an excellent week in one of our favorite places!

Enjoyed our stay & would love to come back again!

This is quite an amazing property to stay at! My husband and I were here for a week with our two dogs, and it was ideal for us. The house is very spacious, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and fantastic lighting. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, serving items, and cooking utensils for use indoors and with the outdoor grill. The bedrooms have bathrooms in each along with an incredible amount of closet storage space. The fact that this house is one level was perfect for our senior dog - she did not have to navigate stairs (even outdoors if we chose to walk around the house), and we did not have to leave her on one level while we were on another. Both dogs enjoyed strolling around the huge yard with us, taking in the breeze, sunshine, and shady areas. Because the house is set back from the road, we barely noticed cars going by which added to the sense of privacy along with the shrubs and bushes bordering parts of the neighboring properties. And, of course, the view of Narragansett Bay and the ocean is spectacular! Brian is an exceptional, responsive host and was available for every question and concern. Lastly, there are lots of businesses within a 5-10 minute drive, including 2 pharmacies, coffee shops, a diner, casual dine-in and/or take-out restaurants, a gas station, and more. There are also 2 major grocery stores within a 15-minute drive. Visiting Newport was also very easy.
