This 3-bedroom, freshly painted, air-conditioned unit is located on the waterfront of Shoal Bay Beach with beautiful views from the private side facing balcony, which is equipped with gas BBQ & outdoor furniture.

At your doorstep are the pristine, calm waters and soft white sands of Shoal Bay Beach and the beautiful foreshore reserve offering free BBQ and picnic facilities and its row of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Further along the waterfront (650m) is the Tomaree Mountain Summit Walk, where you can follow the tree-lined trail to the peak for breathtaking views of the Port Stephens coastline. There are 4 beaches in Shoal Bay to choose from; Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding and snorkeling whilst Zenith, Box and Wreck beach are most popular for surfing and body boarding. And from your fabulous location, you can easily stroll to them all.

The unit has a combined lounge/dining area featuring HiFi system with DVD player and Bluetooth as well as TV. Everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal can be found in the kitchen, including a dishwasher for easy clean up. The main bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub, plus toilet, and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed which can be raised to the height of a normal bed.

There is undercover parking, with the entrance to the units from the rear in Lillian Street into the first driveway. Your family and friends will love this location and keep coming back to this cute and popular unit.

We had a really nice stay overall. The place was mostly clean, in a great location, and very comfortable. The rooms and living areas were spacious, which made it easy for our group to relax, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.A couple of things to note—there wasn’t enough hot water for four people to shower one after the other, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the three flights of stairs weren’t ideal, especially with luggage.That said, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and location.

Missing towels and some bed linen.

It isn't OK to arrive and the sheets and towels not supplied, but thankfully the problem was solved.

Great location

Unit much smaller than looked in pictures. Had chips and sand all over floor on arrival. Air con did not work. Fan in bedroom sounded like an airplane taking off. Good location though, close to everything.

great location

secure pleasant accommodation. just minor issues like no sugar and having to make the beds. floors not being exactly clean. they are relying on renters to do these cleaning things well and not every one does.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location close to all the restaurants and main shops in Shoal Bay, the unit itself was basic and at the rear of the building so the view picture is a little deceiving, also note the hot water system is not endless and runs out after 3 adults showering.

Shoal Bay Easter School Holiday Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We regularly stay in Shoal Bay over the Easter school holidays. This is the first time that we have stayed in this particular property. We could not fault the cleanliness and location of this property. It is situated in easy walking distance to the beach and all the local Shoal Bay shops. The negative for us was that there is no internet connection to this property and the 4G data coverage is very poor making it challenging to access the internet by any means. Also, the noise from the local Country Club every single night is significant and because of this and the poor data coverage it is unlikely that we would stay here again.
