Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse located in Salamander Bay and within minutes walking distance to the shopping centre, open plan living complete with private courtyard with outdoor furniture & BBQ. If you're looking for a child friendly property that will surprise you, be sure to book this home.

As you enter the 1st level you will find the open plan combined kitchen, lounge and dining areas as well as the laundry and a separate toilet. The kitchen boasting ample storage space, glass cook top, coffee machine and dishwasher. Upstairs features floating timber floors throughout, second living area complete with large balcony, 3 spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes and master complete with ensuite and a separate main bathroom. This property is complete with private courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. So, if you re looking for a child friendly property that will surprise you, be sure to book this home.

Corlette's neighbourhood is home to Anchorage Port Stephens where luxury meets the sea located right on the water overlooking the marina with two restaurants and a decadent day spa. While at the neighbourhood of Salamander Bay, Oaks Pacific Blue Resort with Australia's largest swimming pool offers rooms where you can dive right in straight from your balcony and perfect for the family or those after something more casual with fast food outlets, a shopping centre, tavern and ten pin bowling nearby.
The beautiful headland walk, following the water from Corlette beach to the Anchorage, is not to be missed. Drop in for a morning coffee or afternoon drink and, if you look up, you could be lucky enough to see local koalas along the way. You can follow the water and walk all the way into Nelson Bay. You’ll find gorgeous parks and reserves dotted along the water's edge around the bays which are perfect for family picnics and barbecues, most with playgrounds for the kids. Or, if you prefer some exercise, there are paths and bike lanes which will take you along the water's edge from Corlette to Salamander Bay.
Salamander Bay Square is a thriving shopping centre with Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Aldi as well as a range of speciality stores and a food court. You’ll find a range of casual food plus entertainment in the centre, with Tomaree Aquatic Centre and Toboggan Hill Park nearby.


Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $500 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

Our Stay in Salamander Bay

Directions to the property were easy to follow. We were there for the Elders Olympics and all the venues were close by .We would stay there again

Perfect accomadation

The property was excellent, what I didn’t enjoy was the surprise I got when more than the quoted amount was taken out of my bank account. Another issue was the amount for the security bond that was not advertised.

I have audited your booking and can not find any discrepancies in the price but as your booking is quoted and paid through the Stayz website I can lodge an enquiry to them to investigate further. Disgusting

Cleanliness of property was abysmal. Food left in oven and sugary items left in bedroom drawers from previous tenant. Terribly overpriced

We were terribly dissapointed that the property was not cleaned to our standard when advised by you on your departure. Once we were made aware we did follow you up with a phone call to advise our actions moving forward and talked about how we could repair our relationship. We were happy we could reach a resolve and was able to talk about all the things you enjoyed about the property during your stay with your family. We hope to welcome you back to an improved experience in the future.

Close accessible to everything.

We were happy to stay there, very roomy for the 5of us. We were happy with all the features. Close to Nelson Bay and all the places we wanted to visit. The upstairs verandah made a nice sunny place for a cups and a book. Thank you.

Everything there that you may need on holidays

Had everything you needed we took our own sheets and towels the beds had pillows and doonas on them. I would strongly suggest ceiling fans in the bedrooms that don’t have them and also a small fridge upstairs. The upstairs toilets had water issues running all the time. The tiny outdoor area could do with an overhaul to make more appealing to sit out there (weeded, paved, vertical garden comfortable outdoor setting) location wise was good large shopping centre close by but if you are looking for something closer to water I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Good value for the price

Convenient location

Such a nice townhouse in a very convenient location. Had everything i needed was very clean and very spacious for a big family would definitely recommend this property and id definitely be coming back with my family.
