Villa Norte is an easy 5-minute drive or picturesque 20-minute walk on the beach to the surf town, Dominical with cafes and shops and a small, fully stocked grocery store. There’s also Uvita, just a short 15-minute drive away with more shops and cafes. No casinos, high rise hotels, or all-inclusive resorts here, just an easygoing vibe where people come together to eat, drink and embrace life. Reliable taxi and food delivery service also available.
Located in Costa Rica’s southern Pacific zone, most rental houses are high up in the mountains and require a 4WD vehicle to access, but Villa Norte is virtually on the beach so any car you get will easily handle the drive from San Jose airport to your front door. Manuel Antonio National Park also only a 45-minute drive away.
Caballitos del Mar, Villa Norte sits alongside two other beachfront villas (Caballitos del Mar, Villa Central and Villa Sur). All 3 villas enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea along with their own private pool, balcony and terrace, each separated via the natural flora, affording your own secluded slice of Pura Vida heaven. The Caballitos del Mar Villas may be rented separately or together for a fully private experience for friends and family or other happy gathering.
