ABOUT THE HOME

After a relaxing day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower. Unwind on the downstairs patio , enjoying inlet views and feeding the turtles. Fire up the charcoal BBQ for an easy meal; a stone table with benches and a high-top table make great spots for al fresco dining.

In the evening, enjoy a beverage of choice on the covered balcony off the living room and listen to the waves roll in from the gulf.

The fully stocked kitchen features a large island, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances. Pick up ingredients for a seafood feast from the Big Store and enjoy it out on the patio or at the kitchen bar.

After dinner, unwind in the living room on the leather sofa and two chairs, and settle in for a movie on the 55” Roku TV.

The master bedroom, first of three bedrooms features a queen bed, 48” flat screen TV, and fantastic views. The exquisite en-suite bathroom has a granite vanity and a walk-in rainfall shower.

Guests in the second bedroom will slumber in a plush queen bed, while those in the third room have two luxury twin beds. The shared guest bathroom has a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination for a relaxing bath.

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Crystal Beach allows cars to drive and park on the beach with a $10 parking sticker purchased at the Big Store. We do not provide beach items.

Holiday Beach edition is a quiet, family oriented, deed restricted subdivision with no camper trailers allowed. Most of the homes are new and built after 2010. Please respect our neighbors and keep music and outdoor noises to a reasonable level.

THE LOCATION

This home is in Holiday Beach edition and is centrally located in Crystal Beach, just minutes from a full grocery store and restaurants. For a waterfront spot with local seafood, try Stingaree Restaurant & Bar less than 3 miles away. For a quick bite, try Tia Juanita's Fish Camp Restaurant; and for a breakfast treat, Houghston's is the place to go.

For a day trip, drive down to Port Bolivar (12 miles) and take a ferry to Galveston Island. The shops and restaurants of the Strand Historic District are just 2 miles from the ferry landing. Transit lovers won’t want to miss the Galveston Railroad Museum. If you’re hungry, try Brews Brothers, a stylish taproom with American fare. Pick up an ice cream cone at the 1920s-style La King’s Confectionary, then explore Saengerfest Park.

Adventurers you will want to check out Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and Moody Gardens (offering an aquarium, zip-line, and indoor rain forest).
