Stylish Remodeled Studio Suite in the Foothills - Convenient Location

Enjoy a stylishly remodeled well appointed private suite with a separate entrance. Tiled throughout with a small kitchenette and complete bathroom with large closet. Separate AC and heat. Located in the beautiful Catalina Foothills convenient to almost everything in the Tucson area. There is a comfortable outside sitting area with views of the Catalina mountains and one of a kind Tucson sunsets.

Amenities include: king size bed, mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig machine, sheets & towels, kitchen necessities, ceiling fan, reserved parking spot, access to community pool (not heated) & tennis court. There is also a fold out couch if needed. Free WiFi and TV . We are close to many award winning restaurants, such as Vivace, Bazil's, Tacos & Tequila, UpTown Burger & El Charro. For groceries, it's a short drive to Safeway, AJ's, Whole Foods or Trader Joes. For various shopping needs, close by you will find banks, Costco, CVS, Walgreens and even an ACE hardware. There is no smoking on the property. No burning of incense inside the studio as the smell lingers and could be offensive or a health issue for future guests. Please be respectful to the neighbors. No loud music, parties, etc..

Our home is located on about one acre of beautiful desert with a view of the Catalina mountains to the north and beautiful sunsets to the west. Sabino Canyon is a short 10 minute drive and almost anywhere else in Tucson is a short 15-20 minutes away by car. We have plenty of wildlife around with occasional sightings of javelina, roadrunners or a bobcat.

There is plenty of parking at our home and we have a designated spot by the outside sitting area for your vehicle. Our location is just north of Sunrise between Swan and Pontatoc roads. Minutes away from La Paloma resort, La Encantada Shopping center & DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun. We are approx a 25 minute drive from the Tucson International Airport.

Maid service is not provided during your stay, there are extra towels & sheets in the studio if you need them.

We are so glad to have found this beautiful studio suiteā€¦ with incredible viewsā€¦ in an awesome neighborhood. Also, Phil and Leigh Ann are absolutely delightful hosts. They were very responsive when we needed anythingā€¦ while also respecting our privacy. We have already booked our next stay!

Spectacular studio in scenic Tucson.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is set in a scenic area of north Tucson, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly, and were available if a need arose. An absolutely perfect stay!

Beautiful Location

The property was on a quiet side street with beautiful views of the Foothills. Close to everything. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure. Plenty of supplies. Phil was a great host. I canā€™t wait until next year and another stay.

Our month in this Catalina Foothills gem.

My husband and I stayed for a month and our stay was over too soon. This studio is lovely and includes fantastic outdoor space for your use to see the amazing sunsets, and watch the shadows move across the Catalina Range. Owners take great care with their property and are very helpful if you have questions. Details are paid attention to for your comfort. Canā€™t say enough good things. We loved our time here.

Studio review

The studio was warm and welcome, in a quiet neighborhood. Was very close to local attractions. I was in town for the gem show and didn't need too much space. The smaller, while still feeling roomy, studio was perfect for the price point being asked. I hope to stay here again in the future for other travels to Tucson. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

Catalina Foothills Suite - Cute & Comfortable Retreat

We loved our stay in Phil & Leigh Ann's Catalina Foothills suite! The suite was charmingly decorated and very comfortable. Phil & Leigh Ann were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed as we settled in for our stay. The view from our window was stunning! Convenient and Comfy

While we communicated by email, the owner and I never connected (met) personally. Unfortunately, my days were filled till early evening and it just didn't happen. That didn't dampen the accommodations. Pictures are accurate, nice neighborhood for late-night walking which I did. The inside has ample sitting area, and a nice breakfast bar with utensils. I normally travel with breakfast munchies, so having the toaster was great, and the Keurig of course. The location was perfect for where I spent my daytime hours. Recommended!

Lovely studio!

This rental was perfect for a short stay. The location was just what we needed to be close to friends and great restaurants. This studio had everything we needed for a very comfortable experience, and was very clean. Our host Leigh-Anne was welcoming and communication was open and easy.

Beautiful place to stay.

Phil and Leigh Ann were wonderful people. They want you to have a peaceful and relaxing time. If you like to take a walk every morning or evening, this is the best place. You can enjoy the scenery and the very friendly neighbors who are out and about. Easy access to where ever you want to go. You will not be disappointed. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Great property for a couple.

The suite was lovely with everything we needed to make quick breakfasts and be on our way. Bed was comfy! Hosts were gracious and even gave us fresh fruit from their trees. Location was perfect for Sabino Canyon, Saguaro NP, even Madera Canyon and Patagonia.

Christmas refuge

What a wonderful home away from home! The studio seemed much bigger than the photos suggested, and we were so pleased to have "extras" such as a toaster, dishes, flatware, and huge, luxurious towels! There is plenty of storage. A nice touch was the Christmas decor, including a lovely pointsettia. And yes, the bed was so comfortable! But the best for us were the big windows that allowed us to enjoy the sunrise lighting up the mountain vista every morning--ah, so beautiful! Thank you so much, Phil and Leigh Ann, and we are sure looking forward to the next time!

Wonderful desert getaway.

This suite was immaculately clean & attractively decorated. We loved the bed--truly comfortable. Fridge, microwave, a good bed, roomy shower, & TV--all we needed. While we wanted our Tucson visit to be a vacation, we had business to handle in the area. The Worcester's suite was the perfect base for both. All our points of interest were easily accessible from this address. We chose to lounge in the suit more than once during our stay. It was very much like home. Anyone who stays must take in the sunsets from the outdoor seating area!

Relaxing getaway!

We loved this location and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. This was the perfect quiet place to unwind after a long day of exploring and hiking. Phil was very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. I would highly recommend their place, it was just what we needed! Five Stars!! Only thing missing was a kitchen, but who wants to cook on vacation anyway!?? The fridge and microwave worked fine for us. We had a fantastic mountain view from the bed and a little green hummingbird who visited every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay at this VRBO was just great.....the hosts, Phil and Leigh Ann, were wonderful ..... I was greeted several times with goodies including fresh sweet bread and cookies along with oranges from their tree. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at this VRBO.

Although our stay was cut short by the coronavirus and we had to return to Ontario, we had a wonderful time. The view of the mountains was spectacular and our hosts were more than accommodating. Recommended as A-1.

A wonderful, comfortable, well-appointed suite

We loved the suite and we loved the location. We had a great 12 days in Tucson and this suite contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. The suite was clean, comfortable, inviting, and nicely decorated. Phil & Leigh Ann were accommodating without being at all intrusive. We just hope this suite is available when we return in the future.

Rest and relaxation in The Catalinas

What hidden gem! Close to hiking, restaurants, shopping, and plenty of quiet. The hosts were very accommodating and kept in touch with us as our trip grew near. We hope to return again and enjoy the beauty of Tucson and this quiet, comfy casita.
