Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for 2 parking passes. You will receive your passes and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in January & February. To get a quote for monthly rental rates, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary based on HOA requirements.
