We are pleased to present Villa Citrus Garden. The Villa is perfect for those looking for higher-end accommodation. With views of the Mediterranean and the Kyrenia mountains, you will be able to enjoy the extra large and private swimming pool (10 metres x 4 metres) and Jacuzzi surrounded by a charming and tastefully designed garden with a variety of comfortable garden furniture, BBQ facilities, a waterfall, and bicycles to explore the area.

This elegant Villa has a unique and well-thought design, offering great comfort and space for those looking for a peaceful getaway in a sanctuary-like environment. The Villa is made up of two adjacent buildings, offering greater space and privacy for those travelling in larger groups. Villa Citrus Garden is located in a peaceful and safe street, in walking distance to local supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the famous Escape Beach Club and Alsancak national park From the picturesque garden and pool area, you will have views of the Kyrenia mountains as well as the Mediterranean Sea.

Not only is this Villa perfect for relaxing and recharging but it is also perfect for entertaining while holidaying with friends and family. You will notice from the extensive photographs that there is opportunity for guests of all ages to enjoy and make the most of their stay at this fabulous Villa. Every corner of the garden offers a different experience and allows for the appreciation of the beautiful scenery offered by this wonderful sea-side town.

For the convenience and enjoyment of our guests we have included in the outdoor area various amenities including BBQ and grill facilities, dining table and chairs, sun beds, a hammock, a children's playground area, a waterfall feature, and outside kitchen-bar area, and children's swing. All of this in addition to the super sized swimming pool and the Jacuzzi. The Villa also has a built-in home camera system for the added peace of mind of our guests.

The Villa accommodates 8 guests. Building 1 consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite and television; Bedroom 2 with two single beds; a main bathroom; a fully-equipped modern kitchen leading out to an outdoor bar; a dining area and living room with cable television and DVD player. Further to this, we have provided for guests' entertainment a collection of reading books, a backgammon set,

Building 2 consists of the third bedroom with double bed, an en-suite, a television and crib for those travelling with young children; Bedroom four with another two single beds and an en-suite bathroom; there is within this building a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and wash basin.

Air conditioners and central heating is fitted throughout all of the rooms. Guests should note that use of electricity above 40 watts per day is to be charged at the end of their stay at the set market rate. Use of central heating will also be charged based on guests' use at the end of their stay at the set market rate.
