The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Aldea Zamá sleeps up to six guests and sits perfectly between Tulum's town center and the beach. The standout? Your own private rooftop terrace with a whirlpool spa, hammock, and sunset views — the kind of space that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds and nature-inspired décor that brings the jungle indoors. The two full bathrooms include bathtubs, and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms help you sleep in after late nights exploring Tulum's beach clubs and restaurants.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living area flows onto a private terrace where you can sip morning coffee surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, a pullout sofa offers extra sleeping space, and the smart TV is perfect for downtime. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining table seats six comfortably.



Outdoor Amenities

Head up to your private rooftop to soak in the whirlpool spa under the stars or lounge in the hammock with a book. The shared pool downstairs is rarely crowded and offers a refreshing dip after a day at the beach or exploring cenotes. Free parking on-site is a bonus if you're renting a car to explore nearby Mayan ruins, cenotes, and beach clubs. Aldea Zamá puts you within walking distance of grocery stores like Chedraui, convenience shops, and local restaurants — try Kokoro for Japanese, Burrito Amor for casual bites, or Pasha for Turkish flavors. The beach zone and downtown Tulum are both just a few minutes away by car or bike.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay plus access to the common area amenities at this condo include a swimming pool, 24/7 security, elevator, beautiful lobby area, terrace and parking on premises.

Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can walk the Aldea Zamá community too.

The condo is about 118 km/73 miles or about a 1 hr 35-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. Electricity (Long-term Stays)

Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.



Please take note: Tulum is currently under development and until further notice, there is construction taking place nearby and noise must be expected from Monday to Saturday.



Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.



- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!



- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.



- Bicycles are not included; they are for the owner's use.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises s strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid from moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
