The Space:

This private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the secure TAO complex sleeps up to 6 guests and puts you 5 minutes from the Caribbean coast with full access to a jungle-wrapped pool, fitness center, yoga space, and BBQ area. It's the rare Tulum stay that gives you both your own fully equipped home and resort-style shared amenities, all in a quiet, gated setting with free parking.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and blackout curtains for sleeping in after late beach nights.

- The second bedroom offers a queen bed, its own bathroom, a mini-fridge for cold drinks, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and blackout curtains.

- The living room sofa converts to sleep two more guests when you're traveling with a larger group.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen

The open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and lounge so everyone can cook, eat, and hang out together. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and everything you need to prep meals, plus an indoor breakfast bar for two. Reliable Wi-Fi runs throughout the condo, and every bedroom plus the living room has a Smart TV — just bring your own streaming logins. Pack light: the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can refresh your wardrobe anytime. Secure parking is included. The complex is gated with 24-hour security, and there's a GoMart convenience store directly across the street for last-minute supplies.

Getting Around:

The property is approximately 122 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport and 42 km | 26 mi from the new Tulum International Airport. Let us know if you need assistance with transportation. If you are arriving by car, there’s a free assigned parking space.

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



- A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.


- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!

- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.

- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for rentals of 7 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival, you’ll need to first stop by the security booth to register and show your ID. The unit is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox.
