Relax in style and comfort at this magnificent 5 acre property in the desirable Upper River area, only a 10 min drive on sealed roads from Hampden Bridge. This one-of-a-kind property and its gardens present stunning 360 degree escarpment views with lush undulating farmland in the foreground. You will be awe struck by the star-vista on a clear night.
Offering stylish, very comfortable accommodation with spacious lounge and dining areas. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen size beds (and 1 single bed). It is a wonderful place for that special getaway for up to 7 adults. Air-conditioning in living area and master bedroom. Curl up near the gas log fire. Enjoy the audio-video system with Smart TV and in-house WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher for you to prepare that perfect romantic dinner. Unwind in the heated spa beside the large deck that flows on from the living area. There is also a 3 burner hooded gas barbeque. Linen and towels are provided.
Please note that there are no laundry facilities. No pets allowed. Not suitable for wheel-chair access. Sorry.

Fabulous property in a wonderfully remote and beautiful location

Gorgeous property, beautiful ambiance and meticulously maintained. We loved our long weekend there. Best to arrange to “eat in” for dinners as the house is perfect for cosy nights in but also a fair drive from tge nearest restaurants. We will definitely return to this fantastic place!

Great house and beautiful views

Loved this secluded location in the Kangaroo Valley. Lots of beautiful views surround the property that is itself a beautiful home.

How's the Serenity!

The property was lovely and had all the inclusions you want when you get away for a nice relaxing weekend, beautiful spot, quite secluded and the view was very pretty, especially from the spa. Even had a sweet family of ducks that periodically waddled through the garden. Definitely recommend Cloud 9 Challet for a perfect get away

Lovely property

Lovely property, issues with dishwasher & aircon. Check in was a bit cumberson was there at 3.50pm key was not in the safe until 4pm which was check in time.

3 nights of bliss

The house was beautiful, well-appointed with amazing views every which way. We felt so welcomed and we easily relaxed. The shower was strong and the beds comfortable. Hot weather was escaped by the efficient a/c and fans. In the afternoon we swam at a nearby waterhole and jacuzzi’ed in the evening. Telstra TV was a plus. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful and cosy

The location is absolutely stunning, relaxing and peaceful. The main bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of the property from the large windows. The upstairs bathroom had a nice sized bath and felt cosy with low exposed beams and skylight. The downstairs living areas, the deck and spa were comfortable and the whole place had a really nice overall feeling about it. The only negative was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The cupboards and drawers had areas where liquids/grime had run down them, spiderwebs, grime on appliances etc... The outside of the BBQ was filthy and needs cleaning or a replacement. Overall, we loved our stay and it was a nice relaxing experience but we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Serene Splendour

We enjoyed a very peaceful and revitalising stay at Cloud Nine. Splendid views of the Upper Kangaroo Valley, a well equiped house, with Kangaroo Valley restaurants and shops just 15 minutes away. And, though it was winter, the weather was perfect, enough sunshine to enjoy the view and a little bit of rain to enjoy the cosiness of the property. We would definitely consider returning. Paul

Perfect Getaway

Well, what can I say, but so impressed. Stunning location and views. Great deck. Clean and comfortable house. The kitchen had everything. I love that there were bits and pieces in the panty so not bringing olive oil, or the makings for a salad dressing - not a problem. The kids had a ball running around the property, so many places to play hide-and-seek. They loved the spa too and for quiet times, writing at the jetty. Fabulous also to have a separate rumpus for the kids so the adults could talk in the lounge room. The only big problem we had was that there was no kangaroos in Kangaroo Valley. Very disappointing for our overseas visitors - they had to make do with the numerous kookaburras, the water dragon and the lyrebird. Oh well. I'd happily come back here again - maybe a week next time. Just needs a laundry :)

Back again this time for Spring blossoms

This time we experienced the trees with blossoms, a little bit of long awaited rain, gorgeous views and tranquil peace and quiet. There's no need to be anywhere else in the valley. They have a little garden of Eden and I met a cute water dragon sunning himself at their dam. Just wish they swapped the current fire place for a real one, oh and a laundry would be handy - I'd probably never leave LOL

Cloud 9 definitely!

Cloud 9 was a wonderful place to stay for my husband and I for my birthday. The place is located in a divine location and we were lucky enough to visit with Autumn transforming all the trees to beautiful colours. This place is private and whisper quiet. At night looking across the valley there's no other place like it! We had all the comforts we needed and we will surely be back again to take it all in.

Very relaxing

Great property. Comfortable, clean and stunning outlook. Had a lovely weekend in the valley. Only thing to note is that the master bedroom upstairs above kitchen and main living room is a loft.
