Perfectly positioned and only 300 metres to Nelson Bay CBD, d'Albora Marina, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes or 800 metres on the bridal pathway to the child friendly swimming area of Dutchies Beach which is perfect for children to swim as the waters are calm.
There are also free BBQ facilities, picnic tables for the family gathering and stand up paddle board hire to add a little fun to the day. The bridal pathway is very popular for walking, jogging and pushbikes, so bring the bikes, the kids will have a ball riding along the path.
This delightful unit features free unlimited Wifi with a Smart Tv & Chromecast, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, large bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, and balcony with a Weber gas BBQ so that you can sit back, relax, cook up a feast and admire the perfect views all the way to Broughton Island.
There is a separate laundry with personal washing machine and dryer, and a private double lock up automatic garage for two cars.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
