This updated spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome has just been renovated completely including all new flooring, a stunning new kitchen, modern bathrooms, freshly painted walls, and brand new furniture. This coastal villa is set beneath a gorgeous canopy of oak and palm trees and offers a balcony that overlooks the Forest Ridge pool and tennis courts.

Upon entering the wood grain porcelain tiled entryway, this vacation getaway's appeal is evident immediately. The crĆØme colored walls, contemporary dĆ©cor, and coastal accents set the ambiance for the entire villa. The porcelain tile continues into the airy living room, which features a serene blue sofa and loveseat, a leather recliner, and a flat screen television and DVD player for entertainment. A newly renovated bathroom with a tiled shower and washer and dryer area is conveniently located off the living area and is ideal for guests using the sleeper sofa.

Across this spacious living area, your eyes will be drawn to the fabulous kitchen and roomy dining area as it is all one great room. The fresh white bead board kitchen cabinets paired with dazzling gray granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make the kitchen the highlight of the room. The adjacent dining area offers a large whitewashed table with seating for 6. The nearby kitchen bar area equip with 2 seagrass barstools offers additional seating.

Upstairs, on the second landing is the master bedroom with a comfy king size bed and a flat screen television mounted on the wall. An upstairs full bathroom is connected to the master bedroom and has a white vanity with handsome granite counters and an upscale walk in shower. It also opens to the hall for the use by guests sleeping in the second bedroom, which features 2 inviting queen beds with colorful coral and blue bedding.

This relaxing retreat is only a 5-7 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

Mother/Daughter Getaway

Really great place! Had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and spacious. The area was quiet and we felt safe. Pretty view of tennis courts and pool. Grounds and buildings kept well check in/out was easy. In the dark itā€™s a little hard to see the letters on the buildings and the map provided really helped.

The condo was great and overall all stay was awesome. This was our second stay at Forest Ridge and we were very pleased! AC wasnā€™t working when we first got there and they jumped right on and it was fixed by the time we got back from super.

I would stay here again!

.It looked like it did in the pics. Close to beach. Good view of pool and tennis courts and reasonably priced. Leasing company efficient and easy to work with. We come to the island a lot, family here but sometimes we need extra space and I will remember this place!

Great Condo

The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all utensils/cookware needed, and there was plenty of bath towels. The unit is located at the back of the property, so the walk to the beach was about 7 min which was fine for us. There are stairs to get to the condo and to the beach, so youā€™ll need two people for hauling a wagon. The beach was perfect and clean and not crowded at all at this access point. We were very happy with our stay.

Last minute trip

My grand nieces and nephews come to stay with me over the summer. With little money we wanted to take a beach trip but had very little money. We were able to spend 3 nights which was greatly enjoyed. Could have used more pots and pans.

Easy to walk to beach, walkable to Sliders and Dairy Queen. Unit is well set up, comfortable, good amount of space for the price. Mattresses are comfortable. Canā€™t hear other residents. Kitchen has anything needed. Internet is reliable and fast. Iā€™d rent again!

Great long weekend getaway

We were so lucky this home was available for our long weekend trip. The location was absolutely perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach with plenty to do all around us. The home was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Above all else, this particular property manager was phenomenal. I received communication with pertinent information regarding our stay before our arrival, they personally called us after we checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and they went above and beyond after I left my MacBook behind, shipping it back to my home immediately. I truly can not recommend this property manager enough. Their attention to detail and personal touches did not go unnoticed and were very much appreciated. I hope to have the pleasure of staying at their properties in the future. Thank you!

Condo is Beautifully Updated and Decorated

This is our 5th year at Amelia Island, also our 5th year in the community this condo is located. This unit is was extremely comfortable and the owner has done a fantastic job updating the interior and decorating! Kitchen was well stocked for the meals we cooked 'in' (Taco Tuesday!) and the breakfast bar was a hit with my 8 year old. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony after dinner for a cocktail and enjoying the beach breezes before setting off on our nightly beach walks. Beds are very comfortable, I would just encourage anyone picky about their pillow to bring their own. There are a few beach chairs for use which is nice...if you are like us and pack tons of items for a full day at the beach, bring your own wagon or cart. The walk is easy and short but a wagon/cart make it much easier. Community has plenty of places to hose off beach gear but this unit also has a hose outside the door for added clean up is needed. If we have not made a permanent move to AI by next summer we will hope to stay here again!

Quiet, close to beach, accessible to everything

My husband and I stayed March 2017 and enjoyed our time on Amelia Island. Condo unit pretty will equipped but could use a few more items like a carrot pealer, blankets for the beds. All we're only a sheet and puffs that we're not duvet covers to change or wash. Over all the place was pretty clean but could use more detailed cleaning in quite a few areas like interior doors, top of refrigerator and vents. Front entrance door could only be locked with deadbolt and you can see light shining through. Dining area ceiling had a leak and was not repaired. Shower upstairs leaks through the glass because of the gap between the glass doors. Windows upstairs no screens. And windows downstairs has sealant leakage. Now with all these items are only suggestions to make the place more appealing. We were very surprised how quiet and well maintained out side the units were. The pool is crystal clear.
