If you are looking for that economical stay, you have found the right one. This recently refurnished walk-up is located directly on the beach. The common area walkway has seating outside your front door. Take advantage of the side view of the Gulf or walk downstairs to relax and enjoy the beach. The outdoor swimming area and adjacent spa tub is quite nice. You will be near area restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas.

This updated condo includes a queen-sized bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. A fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer enable you to attend to your family's vacation needs while still saving money!

Perfect location

My girlfriend's and I were looking for a quick getaway and this place was perfect. Close to the beach, had assigned parking, and the pool was nice while it also didn't break the bank. It was a great stay for us.

The stay was very nice and great view on the beach. It was a much needed vacation . We were satisfied with our stay and closeness to beach access. ⛱️

The condo was right on the beach and the people we rented from stayed in touch often and even offered to extend our stay for a discount!!! Will definitely use this again

Fun in the sun

Everything was great. Place was clean. AC worked great. Comfortable place. Everything worked properly. To too far. Only bad thing was climbing 3 flights of steps every day.

Property had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Sand was on the floor and in the sheets. Very dusty. Good location for the beach and restaurants.

This was a clean property and had all main essentials. The only thing that I did not enjoy was being on the 3rd floor, 47 steps and no elevator. Overall it was worth the money.

Thank you for your comments. You are correct, buildings without an elevator can be at times somewhat of a challenge. The rental rate is usually a lower amount making for a more affordable stay with a little inconvenience. We hope to see you in the near future. Bender Vacation Rentals

Condos are deep cleaned in the fall. We regret that you experienced housekeeping issues and would have gladly addressed them had we been made aware. We have many lovely condos that are updated, as you can see in the pictures, and we hope to help you find the perfect one for you and your family.

Sunchase is just over a mile from the local restaurants and attractions. With direct beach access and a sweet pool area, its economical rates make it a good choice for many families, keeping the fact that it is a walk-up in mind.

Good Enough for What I needed this time except for Dish Network!!!!

It was comfortable. The clothing drawers had a musk smell when you open the drawers, just didn't use it! You pay a cleaning fee, but you have to clean it up before you leave!!!!!! Dish Network didn't have local channels to be able to WATCH LSU!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your review. All of our condos are cleaned at the end of a stay by our housekeeping company. We ask guests to take out the trash and have the kitchen clean. Reservations can be booked a year in advance and hope you will come back soon. Bender Vacation Rentals

I was not happy that we were put on the 3rd floor and we had to climb 3 flights of steps. I have Arthritis and my husband had leg surgery in March. There were other condoes that were empty that we could have sysued in. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and mold in the coffee pot..those are the only components i have. We are in our 60's and and not able to do a lot of syeps.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice. Great great LOCATION Couldn't have done any better on that aspect. 3rd floor no elevators but not a big deal. Condo was nice but needs a lot of upgrades. Paint chipping on walls, the beds are not comfortable they need upgrades Quickly and the furniture is out dated to be for a beach style environment. I'm not a picky person by no means but when you go on vacation you expect better not someones left overs they don't want to part with kinda deal. That is a reason for very little to no reviews on this condo. I would recommend but there would need upgrades before that.

Sunchase 310 is indeed in a great location on West Beach, and its low rate makes it a good deal for a family needing to economize while still staying on the beach. We have many condos on and off the beach with various views of the water. Be sure to go to our website when you are ready for another vacation and find the condo whose furnishings, view, and rate are just right for you!

Not exactly as pictured

The condo was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned. It was smaller than i was expecting and the pool was smaller than the pictures make it seem. We did notice a few bugs(roaches). If you dont like climbing stairs I would not recommend, they have no elevator. Parking is not great if you have more than one vehicle that is coming. I paid $36 for additional parking, but it was not guaranteed parking. They have visitor parking and if you luck up and get in a spot you are ok, but if not you will have to park down the street in a lot and have someone from your party come and pick you up which is very inconvenient. They will have your car towed if you do not have your parking pass in the car. Bender Reality did offer to let me pay $20 to park in there lot, but it is to far away. Overall we had a good time and the location is great for the peivate beach. It is located in a good area for eating and shopping. We would stay here again if we could get on the bottom floor of the condo and if only traveling with one vehicle.

Cheap but dated

Condo was cheap and relatively clean but extremely dated. Fan in living room was not useable because it shook so bad when you turned it on that the thing seem liked it was going to fly off. Staff was great during the check in process and leading up to the check in process. Pool was nice and hot tub was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MIcrowave & Dishwasher desperately need to be replaced, tub still had sand in it from previous guest, single beds had a permanent Vshape in the middle, kitchen was poorly supplied (1 potholder with huge hole in it, not enough flatware for the stated # of guests, no cutting board, no strainer, etc), dining chair broke with guest sitting on it, rugs on floor were dirty, kitchen flatware drawer was so grubby I emptied it, washed the flatware holder and washed out the drawer.

While we appreciate your telling us of the chair and the silverware on your departure, please know that our office is open seven days a week with maintenance and housekeeping on staff in order to address any needs a guest may have during their stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a decent place for what we paid. Place appeared clean enough, but was still pretty dirty in some areas. We mistakenly got told we were in another room and then had to go exchange keys after already loading my belongings and 5 children into one room, only to have to do it all over. Place was very adequate for what our needs were. A pro for us was the price point and location on the beach. But we got messed with in that department as well. We were told one price only to get a call a couple weeks later after seemingly paying in full to tell us that they hadn't added the cleaning fee to our price. At that point I feel as if the price was no longer as competitive as it was and I could've looked for a better property at the new price I was paying rather than the advertised paid in full price. I have no complaints about the staff themselves, just the manner in which a few of our details were botched.

Reviewer Comments: Nice COndo did not climbing 3 flights of stairs but if your going to stay there I suggest going to the stairs by the pool they area easier to climb not a steep. But has an awesome view of the ocean, staff was freindly that took care of the facility.
