Clearwater 6C, located at 517 East Beach Boulevard, is the splash of color your vacation needs! This tasteful colorful condo features one bedroom with a NEW king size mattress, one bathroom, hallway bunk beds (for children only please!), and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 6C can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Stay completely connected while on vacation with WiFi, two TVs, blue ray and DVD player, and an MP3 stereo system. Having your meals in is a easy with the fully stocked kitchen and you can even get your laundry done with the washer and dryer in the unit! Make sure to take some time to enjoy your own private beach front balcony where you can take in all the sights, sounds and smells of the Gulf of Mexico! This property offers quick and easy access to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that our island has to offer!

Clearwater is a low density complex with a beautiful beach front location making beach access a breeze. Other amenities of this location are an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and an elevator for ease of access within the building. Clearwater is right near the Gulf State Park and less than a mile from The Hangout and public beaches. With the Gulf State Park being just down the road, you have access to beautiful hiking and biking nature trails, golf, the 1,540 ft fishing pier and many other things! This spot gives you the feeling of calm, quiet and seclusion but with quick and easy access to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

BEACH VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall property and location were great. However the floor was not very clean through out and several of the dishes and pans were also not clean and had to be washed before use.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was filthy. The couches are old with stains. The pillows were brown and stained. Kitchen utensils, pans, silverware was old and beat up. Elevator broke twice and it was filthy and rickety. Broken patio furniture. Stinky bedding. Spent the first two days of our trip cleaning and doing laundry.

Thanksgiving get away

I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was great and had everything I needed. The check in and out process was simple. I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT VIEW AND BEACH WAS GREAT. CONDO VERY OLD, NOT REALLY CLEAN. GOT THERE AFTER 8 HR DRIVE, NO TOILET PAPER IN THE BATHROOM. TEXTED AND IT WAS FINALLY DELIVERED (THANK GOODNESS I BRING A ROLL WITH ME WHEN TRAVEL) BATHROOM VANITY DUSTY AND IT MADE ME WONDER SINCE NO TP DID THEY SKIP CLEANING BATHROOM. CLEANED WITH BLEACH WIPES WE BRING. TV SPEAKERS ARE BLOWN OUT. WAS GIVEN SHAMPOO/BODY WASH WHEN TP ARRIVE AND THE BOTTLES WERE USED WITH THE NAME ON THEM SMEARED, WHICH IS GROSS. WENT TO DAVE MATTHEWS CONCERT AND GOT BACK TO CONDO A BIT LATE. MAINTENCE WAS BANGING ON OUR DOOR AT 11AM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING WANTING TO COME IN AND BUG SPRAY. WE TOLD THEM WE WERE SLEEPING. WHO SCHEDULES A BUG SPRAY ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND?? WE MOSTLY SPENT TIME ON BALCONY WITH THE GREAT VIEWS AND ON THE BEACH. THE ART WORK IN THE UNIT WAS BEAUTIFUL.

Thank you for your input. We're glad you enjoyed the fabulous beachfront views, as well as the lovely artwork the owners have so lovingly installed. We regret that the hospitality packet normally provided was not complete and had items that had obviously been stored in the warehouse for too long. We're glad you reached out, and although we were on our way to provide you with the toilet paper, you told us not to worry about it. We have no control over the pest control set by the property manager, but we hope you had a terrific time at the concert! Please reach out when you begin planning your next Gulf Coast getaway!

4th of July Vacay

Great location, fireworks were beautiful on the 4th. The only improvement needed is updated pool chairs/tables and cleaning of the inside of the pool (around interior lining). The condo itself had everything we needed. A reserved parking spot in the shaded garage was an added plus and right by elevators.

Perfect little getaway!

The condo was very comfortable. The walk to the waterline is much shorter than other places we have stayed. The covered parking was very convenient to use as a staging area for the beach. We just left our ice chest in the truck and walked back and forth!

Great room.

Very easy to check in. Room was clean & tidy. Right on the beach was great. Complex was very quiet even in the evenings. Only down side was the low flow shower, but that was just a personal preference won’t not hesitate to rent this place again.

Gulf Shores Week

We loved our week in Gulf Shores! Just steps away from white sand and beautiful sunsets! The internet was not working when we arrived, but the company quickly resolved it. Maintenance was to paint our front door while we were there, but postponed it a couple days so that they wouldn't interrupt our trip. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to be back!

Hassle-free experience

My family really enjoyed this location. It is a small condo, so even though it only has one elevator, it was hardly ever backed up. We loved that we could park under the building so that our car wasn't hot, and we could use it as a place to organize ourselves to get out to the beach. The condo itself was clean and accurate to the description.
