Edgewater 62, located on West Beach Boulevard, is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a pull out sofa for a little added sleeping space. This nicely decorated unit contains a king size bed in both the master suite as well as the guest bedroom! With three TVs, two DVD players and WiFi you will be kept connected and entertained throughout your stay. The beautiful beach front view will not disappoint! Make sure to take some time to relax on the glass enclosed balcony that is perfect for watching the lovely gulf breeze or watching a storm roll in off the coast in comfort. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen as well as washer and dryer to give you all the comforts and amenities of home while you are away.

Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

***Please note that there is NO chair rental service for Edgewater***

Location was great! Furnishing was not so good. Not enough. We had 4Adults and only 1 couch and chair forFurniture so we were unable to sitComfortably. Washer and Dryer could only wash or dry at a time. Cleaning people need to step up some. Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Mildew in the Master Shower and Hall Bathroom Toilet bowl had a ring around it. Beds were pretty comfy. But mattress on pullout couch was not comfortable. DO NOT attempt! You will love the view and location of the condo. 5 Stars on location!

Vacation 2024

Condo was very neat a clean with a great view from the balcony. However they had pool closed for the whole time we were there an had to use the neighboring condo for beach access. This was unpleasant as we would have liked to get in pool.

Very nice property

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and in a good location. We loved the sunroom which allowed us to view the ocean from the balcony even on cold days. There were a few minor issues that arose and Bender Realty was extremely quick at rectifying them. We were very, very pleased. We would definitely feel comfortable, renting the property again.

Bender was great, the condo not so much...

Let me start with the management company; Bender Reality. They were terrific. They responded quickly to questions and concerns, took care of issues, and maintained a great attitude through it all. I would gladly stay anywhere managed by them! The condo, on the other hand, wasn't the greatest. There was dust everywhere. Thick dust. Under the beds were so dusty, when I pulled my bag out from under the bed it brought several large gobs of dust with it. The master bedroom bed not only had dust, buy a good handful of what looked like milk duds as well. The toilet wasn't properly bolted to the plumbing and we had to contend with all of us using the master bedroom toilet for a couple days while we waited for the condo owner's plumber to arrive. Also, one side of the toilet had quite a bit of old urine on it. Much of the cookware was worn out, damaged, and unusable. Basic items such as a spatula were missing. If we go to Gulf Shores again, we will definitely stay in a property managed by Bender, but it won't be this condo.

Excellent location to various activities. Beach accessibility was better after we were given the code by another guest in the condo. 2nd bathroom was small and difficult to get into shower tub. The owner showed up on our last night upset that we were there. Said we inconvenienced them. Nice kitchen area and beach overlook. Would consider this location again.

Family vacation

Check in was painless with no delays. Property was very clean and in order. Balcony doors were open to the beautiful ocean views when we walked into front door and very inviting. I would highly recommend Edgewater 62 for a family vacation and we will definitely be booking same property soon for next family vacation back to gulf shores Coast!!

Beautiful property!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater 62. The property was very nice and comfortable. The balcony view was amazing! Also we liked that the property was close to the beach and to the parking lot. Everything was very convenient for us. Loved it!

Vacation 2023

Room was supper nice and plenty of space. The ONLY down fall I have, is the air conditioning. Which I totally get they are cost saving, but if you open any of the main doors such as the front door or the doors to the balcony it cuts the air off. Also, the room has motion detectors and I am thinking the air cuts off if your not in the room. Not sure of that. The master bedroom gets really stuffy compared to the rest of the condo. Other than that, great place and great view.

I was very disappointed to find out in order to park a second vehicle I would have to pay $80. That should be communicated in the description before booking. I did pay $20 to park in the realty company parking lot. I think for the amount of money for the rental for the week I should have been able to park in the parking included in the stay. The parking lot was never full the entire week.
