Our tropical beach home awaits you! Welcome to our fabulous, updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom on a private dead end street. Our quiet beach retreat home is located in quaint Nokomis Florida, just 15 minutes south of Sarasota and 5 minutes north of downtown Venice. It is also close to Casey Key, Casey Key is one of Sarasota's hidden gems, an isolated and exclusive enclave just off the mainland town of Nokomis. With easy access to nearby beaches, fine dining, and shopping you're bound to always have something to look forward to. Downtown Venice offers a vast array of boutique shops and award winning restaurants! Our lovely getaway is only two blocks from the intercostal waterway and only one mile from the incredible Nokomis Beach! Even during high season, Nokomis beach parking is rarely a problem. Other nearby beaches includes Venice, Caspersen,
and Siesta Key beaches. Famous Siesta Key Beach with its pure white sand and awesome sunsets is less than 10 miles away. Siesta Key Beach has been voted the #1 Beach in North America! Upon entering this newly remodeled 1855 square foot home, you are immediately greeted with an open floor plan that offers three sets of french
doors each overlooking the spectacular , extremely private
lanai and lush landscape .The covered outdoor area features quaint patio furniture that offers relaxing and conversation areas for outdoor livid entertaining. With two seating areas under the screened- in lanai, you are bound to have plenty of seating for entertainment and fun.

Just bring your swim suit for the beach and move right in for your short or long-term vacation enjoyment. Your vacation includes an outdoor grill, washer/dryer, parking. At the beach, you’ll find
new pavilions, clean restrooms and showers, lifeguard monitored, great hunting for shells and shark's teeth, watch the dolphins play, breathtaking sunsets, surf fishing and enjoy our great drum circle every Wednesday and Sunday. Private Park across the street as well as down the block for direct access to the bay .
With entertaining in mind, family room and kitchen area that all overlook the lanai. The family room includes a 65-inch flat screen TV, cozy seating, and Blue Ray DVD player,movies. Also, enjoy the blazing fast fiber optic internet Wi-Fi connection while watching your favorite movies onNetflix(included!).
Your gourmet kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the amenities you could need while on vacation. A breakfast bar counter is also present in the kitchen and allows for extra seating and a perfect spot for morning coffee. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the
amenities you could need to prepare home cooked meals. Or make use of the outdoor grill and cook up your favorite steak or seafood!

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, all amenities, etc. Beach towels, linens, bath towels, all included.
