The home is located at the edge of Old Town near the Casa Marina District, close to Higgs Beach on the Atlantic, Southernmost Point, and Duval Street. It's a great location, convenient to any activity in Old Town Key West.

The main entrance to the condo unit is through French doors at the back of the property, off a tropical courtyard setting with a heated pool. Step up onto the deck just feet from the pool, through the doors and into an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The floors are covered with warm natural fiber rugs over hardwood. The living room is inviting with a queen size resort quality pull-out sofa bed, chairs, and a cable TV that swivels to be seen from the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Two ceiling fans circulate overhead adding to the island feel.

The kitchen is white with granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the things you need to cook a great meal during your stay. While one of you cooks, the other can sit at the kitchen counter bar and share a glass of wine. The dining area, with a glass top table, has four chairs to accommodate you and your guests.

All of the rooms have plenty of windows, some of which overlook the pool and gardens and bring in lots of natural light. Windows have blinds for privacy.

The pool area is large with Chicago pavers that surround the heated pool with soothing waterfall. Tall palms cover the back fence providing the privacy you'd expect. Sit on your private deck or venture into the courtyard to meet friends or other condo guests for a glass of wine or martini. Lounge chairs are available if you want to relax and read a book or catch some sun.
