"Latitude Adjustment" is a serene vacation home located in the North Snow Geese Area of Duck. Semi-oceanfront and located right across from the beach access walkway, the water is just seconds away! Recently renovated and redecorated, this home is a treasure for any family looking for a quality vacation home at a great location! Perfect location to bring the bikes for rides along the miles of multi-use paths along the northern coastal Outer Banks. Run, jog, stroll the baby, or just take a ride into Duck Village for shopping, coffee, restaurants or water sports. Or just relax at home in the hot tub.

TOP LEVEL: great room with flat screen TV, deck access with partial ocean view, remodeled kitchen, dining table (10); (1) king bedroom with master bath, flat screen TV, full bath with hall access, office space.

MID LEVEL: family room with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, deck access; (2) queen bedrooms; (1) bedroom with full bed and deck access; (1) bedroom with 2 twin bunk sets; full bath with hall access.

GROUND LEVEL: covered parking, guest storeroom with full sized washer/dryer.

This was a week vacation for our family - me, husband and our adult sons. Our week was lovely. Best features of the house were easy access to the beautiful beach and the upper outdoor deck with ample seating for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy meals and evening game nights. We love the town of Duck and we frequented the shops and restaurants. We'd love to return at some time the next year or so.

We had a fabulous trip and truly enjoyed all parts of this house. The location was excellent, only a few steps from the beach. The two layered deck provided great views and breezes from ocean. Several different evenings the temperature was cool and perfect for a dip in the hot tub. The house has a lot of rooms for large groups with a nice layout for everyone to enjoy their own space. We had multiple beach days and the house was stock with beach chairs for everyone. Our group also cooked and prepared many meals in a well stocked kitchen. The long table created time for sharing and a place to play games. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would certainly come back to this property.

An excellent experience! We booked last minute and the host was more than accommodating! The home has everything you need (and more) to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Duck! Dog friendly and only steps from the beach. Great views! Cannot say enough and we hope to enjoy it again in the future!

Wonderful location and home

The location and views were perfect, and the house clean and thoughtfully updated. Loved the hot tub and easy access to beach and sound. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Easy Beach Access and Comfortable Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home that was just across from the beach access. From the two decks, one with hot tub, to the selection of games, beach chairs, well equipped kitchen and small office for checking in with work it was all great. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in Duck and other excursions in the area.

OBX Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for us, just the right size of bedrooms and bathrooms and in a great location. We had a relaxing and comfortable time at the house and enjoyed the hot tub. We had a special family Thanksgiving and enjoyed every minute of our time there.

Beautiful property directly across from the beach! Hosts had lots of games in case of bad weather and lots of beach chairs to use on the beach. We would definitely book again!

Obx weekend

The house was wonderful and great location! Duck is a cute small town and we loved the little shops! The house had a nice open living space and you can hear the waves and see the ocean on the top deck. We loved the easy access to the beach….literally across a quiet road! Perfect!

Great family trip.

The house was very nice, large and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Definitely a plus that the linens and towels were included. Location was wonderful, short walk to the beach and nice views. Communication with the owner/agent was great. Would definitely book again.

Great location

This home has a great location! Short walk to the beach and you can see the waves! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Dianne is a great communicator and responds to questions quickly. Deck is wonderful with very comfy chairs.

Ideal location

The house layout is great! The two porches with ocean views, the easy access to beach, and the quiet street were awesome. The available bikes, beach umbrella & chairs came in handy when our tent from home broke and we needed an extra beach chair.

A wonderful retreat for the entire family

What’s not to love??? We love a summer retreat at Duck and the location of this home was just perfect!!! There was plenty of room for all six adults and the kitchen was well equipped which allowed us to make some meals at home.
