Good stay

This condo unit it was great, good location, right in front of the beach area. My only complaint is the dryer didn't work properly (very loud and squeaky), the floors & bathroom very much need updating, had to wear shoes inside because of the huge gaps in the flooring and the tiny little toilet in the bathroom. Those are just cosmetic things that can be easily fixed and should. But again, the unit and the complex were amazing! Felt comfortable the whole time. Would for sure stay again!

The unit is great, right on the water! If they would add a few things like pool towels and update the patio furniture it would be perfect! Other than that, the unit was very well stocked with everything you would need.

I was there for a convention so was working from the unit during the daytime. The unit was nice but the neighbor was having their flooring replaced both days I was there which made it very difficult to work conduct business on virtual meetings. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Restful Chelan retreat

Location, location, location. This condo is very comfortable and only a few steps to the lake! The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and tools. (Bring your own spices, oils, etc... if you plan to cook meals) The complex amenities are outstanding, though we spent the majority of the time at the condo in the water or on the patio. Would highly recommend!

Great Location and Property-Unit needs updating

The overall property is very nice and location of the unit is great. It is just steps from the beach and a shared dock. It is on the ground floor so easily accessed although we had a child (children?) above us who were running around most of the time and also an adult upstairs who walked heavily. I understand that this is not something the owners of the unit can control but if this would bother you, you should try an upper unit. The unit itself was clean but in need of updates. The woodwork and cabinetry are definitely showing wear and tear as is all of the wood furniture. The toilet was not flushing and the plunger had been cobbled together with a rubber band and paper clip. We reported it and the management company repaired it quickly. As other guests have noted, the unit had a peculiar odor when we checked in so we kept airing it out. The dryer was not at all efficient and made a loud squeaking sound. The very dated leveler blinds in the bedroom should be replaced with something that is more up to date and also that blocks more light and the wand on living room shade was broken. Also noted by other reviewers, we were surprised by bedding. We immediately removed a decorative quilted spread and pillows. The bed covering should be washable after each guest. Sheets too were old and/or not high quality. For the price being charged, better quality, washable bedding is called for.

Perfect spot

Place was perfect for my wife and our 2 young daughters. They could play in the sand and on the grass while we cooked and hung out on the patio. Beautiful views, we plan to book again in the near future!

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay. We had a nice relaxing time, beautiful view and very quiet. Only recommendation would be to fix the patio blinds. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Cute condo, great views and location, but...

We liked the condo, and would have given it a full five stars but the cleanliness was lacking. When we arrived there was dust on the floor, table and chairs, which is understandable as it is the off season (early March). The part that was not acceptable was that fact that there was dog fur all over the condo. The floor, couch, chairs, and the bed. You literally had to lint roll yourself after standing up. The worst part was when we pulled the comforter down and a clump of dog hair flew up in the air and landed on the night stand. We then turned down the bed and discovered the bedding had not been laundered. There were head prints (creases on the pillow cases) and makeup on the pillow cases. The sheets had creases from where someone had slept before, and we could smell the previous tenants... Needless to say, we had to launder the sheets before we could sleep in the bed, we just wish we realized that before we were ready to go to sleep the first night. It made for a late night.

This unit is a great location for staying at Lake Chelan Shores. It has been a very long time since the bedding in the bedroom has been updated and a better quality of sheets is used. The kitchen is well stocked but the bar counter top is wood, seems hard to clean and is always sticky.

Condo needs some love and money put into it

3 stars for just the location. Love being right on the lake and having the beach area right outside. First impression of the condo, it smelt funky, the art above the couch had fallen and just placed behind the couch, the stove bottom cover also fell off. The couch and loveseat should be replaced! It’s old, dirty, smells, and you literally sink into it when you sit. We didn’t even wanna sit on them. The dining table was cute but not practical for two toddlers, even the counter chairs they were so high that you couldn’t push it in while sitting on them bc you hit your knees. The comforter in the room is outdated and felt like sleeping on your grandparents bed- cringy. Would also love to have curtains in the room. Got really bright early morning and it would really finish/ make the room to have them. The flooring also needs to be redone, some spot in the kitchen shift and slide and there are spaces. Would also like to see the cabinet next to the fridge be turned into a pantry so we can have our food stored there rather than just keep it on the counter all week. The condo just really needs some updates and bc we would loooove to come back. We wouldn’t stay here again without seeing some love to it. It really felt short, we’ve stayed at nicer places for cheaper but really loved the location here basically all your paying for.

Two Day Rest on Lake Chelan

The condo is perfectly located with grass and beach just in front, looking out over the lake! The patio, with table and umbrella, was wonderful to relax while taking in the Lake views. A dock and boat launch directly to the left, this time of year, was nice, however may present more activity in the high season. Love being on the East side if the Lake looking west, just minutes to Chelan downtown, or drive north to Manson. With five pools, basketball, tennis, and much more, this place has a lot to offer. If you have a boat, makes for a perfect place in and out of the lake. We would stay here again, however we always like a new adventure, highly recommend the stay.

Dump in great location

Dirty place with lots of maintenance that was needed. Huge whole in the middle of the kitchen floor. Cleaning was obviously rushed. They delivered a sofa in the middle of our stay and didn't take any furniture away so we just had a sofa in the hallway we had to crawl over the rest of our stay. Beautiful location but would not come back to this place.

Wonderful Spring time Stay

We had a great stay here! Having the view and proximity to the lake was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed, was clean and was very cozy. Will definitely go back!
