Gorgeous Lake Harmony Estates Winter/Summer Home! 6 bedrooms and a loft with two more beds, Sleeps 17!! Updated Winter of 2025 with new appliances (chef's will love the kosher gas stove/oven), decor, upgraded WiFi6 enterprise grade internet.

On the first floor is a 26' x 18' game room with pool table, shuffle board, a 55' LCD TV, and a Sonos play 5 stereo. Arcade Legends multi-cade game is set up for free play and includes 200 of your all time favorite and classic arcade games, including Mortal Combat, Pac man, Mrs. Pac Man, centipede, asteroids, super breakout and many more. Directly off the game room is the outdoor patio which holds the 6 to 8 person hot tub and Cedar sauna.

Located on the second floor is the large great room that has a cathedral ceiling, a floor to ceiling stone gas indoor/outdoor fireplace, a 65 ' LCD TV and a Sonos play 5 stereo. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families with its spacious granite counter top and breakfast bar which seats 4. It is fully equipped with all the basic cookware, and has a 27 cubic foot French door refrigerator, a gas cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Our dining room has an 8' solid wood table with seating for 10.

On the third floor there is a large 14’ x 12’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view of the outdoors through the chalet windows. The loft is furnished with a twin size daybed and a twin size roll out bed and a 32' LCD TV

Sleeps 17 very comfortably.

Our home is just over a 5 minute walk to Lake Harmony, a private lake that permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, and swimming. Our private Lake Harmony community beach has a swimming area, picnic tables, and beach volleyball court. Tennis and Shuffleboard Courts available to use in the neighborhood. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and 10 minutes to Jack Frost that provide skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Other local attractions include Pocono Raceway, just 5 miles away as well as Split Rock resort, just a half mile away. Other activities nearby include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theater, multiple golf courses, and shopping. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from New York & Philadelphia.

Please note that linens are provided including sheets and bath towels. A welcome kit of paper towels and toilet paper is also provided but you may need more depending on your stay length.

Check in was easy, and the host was available for the few questions we had. Information about the house and amenities was readily available. The house was clean and comfortable for out group of 12, with easy parking for 5 cars. We enjoyed of the community beach and tennis courts, but spent most of our time at the house and could have easily just hung out at the house for another 3 days.

Bachelor Party Weekend

We had an amazing time with the guys for a bachelor part weekend. Great location for outdoor activities. Plenty to do both outside and in the house. Very comfortable for large group. Would absolutely recommend for others to stay!

Fun Friends winter get away

Beautiful clean house with full amenities. Great location close to restaurants, snow activities and paintball. The teens had a blast in the house game room. Enough space for privacy. Highly recommend.

Lake harmony getaway

My friends and I absolutely loved this property. It fit all 18 of us perfectly. Our crew loved the jacuzzi and the sauna. The outside fireplace was a nice touch as well. The only thing i would change was the refrigerator but other than that we loved everything. The host Ryan answered all of our questions and was extremely accommodating.

Place was okay

Place was fine but despite paying for towels and toilet paper we ended up running out of both. Also the lofted room isn’t private, there is a bedroom connected to it - wish that was more clear in the listing. Otherwise the place itself was decent, it’s a short walk to Lake Harmony

Excellent stay at Lake Harmony

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Ryan was an excellent host, very attentive to any needs we had that came up. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd. Lots of extra pillows, games & puzzles, supplies were available. The game room was a big hit with both the younger and older crowd, especially the arcade game. The surrounding property is absolutely gorgeous, with wild life all around. We actually saw a bear walking down the street right from the deck! A family of deer also visited us several times during the week. The home has window and wall A/C, but there is no A/C in several of the bedrooms so with the doors closed, it did get hot in some of the rooms nightly. The house was large enough for all 18 of us to spread out and not feel cramped. The hot tub and sauna were a nice way to relax after our days spent hiking to Hawks and Tobeyhanna Falls. We visited Hickory run State park and walked to the community beach on several occasions. Family members also enjoyed playing tennis daily at the community courts. If we ever visit the Poconos again, we would definitely stay at Ryan's home again. Thanks for an overall great experience!

Wonderful property - great setup with three levels, well maintained amenities, well stocked kitchen and essentials on hand (ie hand soap, dish soap) so we could get settled in before heading to the store.

The house is immaculate, had em something for everyone and everything you could need. Kitchen outfitted with all of the essentials. Very smartly laid out, large group but we never felt crowded. Location pretty good short walk to the lake. The lake is clean and beautiful. It is a bit of a hike to the restaurants and ice cream shop if walking (which we did) but that too is enjoyable because the area is very nicely laid out. As you walk you see all of the different houses. If driving, it is very short. The vibe of the house and the area are perfect for a laid back, enjoyable get away. We stayed for 3 nights, the next time we are booking at least 5. Ryan is super responsive and obviously very considerate. A lot of thought went into this house. Awesome time

Family vacation

Family Fun

Our Family came from near and far to spend time together. We relaxed and had fun together in this comfortable house in a beautiful setting. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for many. This was a vacation that left us feeling more relaxed than usual . Communication with owner was prompt and pleasant.

Best poconos stay, will come back

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant house rental I've had. Came with 14 friends and we never felt like we were on top of eachother. Everything was so neat and clean and thought out. The hot tub and sauna were so amazing. And to put it over the top Ryan was an amazing host. Very communicative and helpful with any and all questions. Highly recommend with big groups. Thank you!

couldn't ask for more

This property left nothing to be desired. Plenty of space for sleeping and hosting a group of 16 people. The hot tub, sauna, table shuffle board, pool table, and firepit kept the group occupied and having fun. The owner picked up on the first ring and was easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Great Home Base For The Slopes

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The property was nice and well maintained. The owner was also not only easily reachable but also proactive about any issues that did or would have arisen! Each room had it’s own heating system which made it nice for different preferences on how each individual would like to keep their room. You’ll need to bring your own towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Though I think there is an option to request it. Not too long of a drive from Jack Frost Ski Resort as well! Overall the property was very nice and the owner is very responsive and seems to genuinely want you to have the best time with no issues! I would definitely stay here again!

50th Birthday Celebration

Beautiful house with plenty of room! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of stuff to do inside the house. 10 family and friends celebrated my 50th birthday. What a great time we had! Highly recommend this property. Close to lake and restaurants.

Well maintained

This house lived up to the pictures. It was in great condition and well stocked. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Loved the Sonos speaker system. Much better than the Bluetooth speaker I usually bring. Property is large and flat. Fire pit has a great view of cascading rock wall. Plenty of seating. See through fireplace throws decent amount of heat on deck side. Very cool. Great game room. Wish we had more time to use it. Loved this place and will book again!

Great spot, definitely recommend!

This house is a wonderful property with many great amenities. We had a lot of girls and there was plenty of beds for everyone, very clean, and overall perfect for our special trip. There were basic supplies provided and a great variety of cooking utensils and pans. Ryan was very responsive when we had a trash issue when we arrived. I definitely would recommend this property and hope we come back to the area to stay again. Thank you!

We bought this house in March of 2019 mainly because of our love for outdoor adventures during all seasons. We love to mountain bike, rock climb, snow board, snow ski, water ski, wake board, slack line, swim, kayak, white water raft, canoe, hike, camp, back pack, and just about anything else that requires the outdoors.

From our primary home in Wilmington, DE our vacation home is less than 2 hours away. This house is our base-camp for all the things we love to do. It is so relaxing to come back to our home after a day out in the woods, on the slopes, or on the water and just kick back and recharge for the day to follow.

The tranquility of the area is one of the primary reasons we selected Lake Harmony Estates, and the house itself maximizes that perception with its huge windows and 2 story outdoor areas. You really get to enjoy your surroundings. The wildlife you get to experience here is really second to none.
