You will not find anything like this. These are two spectacular 4 bedroom houses on the same property. Lakefront on Lake Harmony, with the cottage being about 30 feet in front of the larger house. They are rented together. Both have several large flat screen smart TV's, hot tubs (indoor in the larger house, the cottage has one outdoor), AC, outdoor fire pit, wireless, cable, wood burning fireplace in the larger house and gas fireplace in the cottage.
Larger house has a pool table, Galaga 60 game arcade, Marvel Digital Pinball, and jacuzzi in the master bedroom. There are two docks and a deck on beautiful Lake Harmony, and they are about a 5 minute walk to popular restaurants and night spots. The property is minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder, and Split Rock Resort.

As for the beds in the larger house, the master on top level has a king, the loft area with a single, two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen and bunk bed (one bunk bed has a full on the bottom), the bedroom on the game room level has 1 single and one day bed with a trundle (so sleeps 3).

In the cottage two bedrooms have queens, one room with 2 singles and one bedroom with one bunk bed and one single (so will sleep 3).

The kitchens are perfect for cooking for large families or groups, including breakfast bars with seating for 3 at each house, and have a stove, oven & microwave. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. Off of the kitchens in each house are the dining room areas that have a dining room table. Cottage can seat up to 10, and larger main house dining table seats up to 8. Each house also has additional counter seating.

Property is located about 1 mile from Big Boulder, 4 miles from Jack Frost and 2 miles from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock.

Minutes from numerous activities such as horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf.

Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia, and is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please contact owner for a copy of the registration form), water skiing.

Shopping outlets, Hickory Run State Park, Jim Thorpe (a city steeped in history) all within 30 minutes of house.

Please check with owner for Rates because rates may be different than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if usually start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.

3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).
