Set up for entertaining and comfortably sleeps 10, this home is guaranteed to make your vacation a spectacular one.

This beautiful 2-story home has it all. It is extremely spacious with 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with balcony that overlooks the backyard oasis. The home is immaculate and has brand new carpets installed in each bedroom. The backyard is the highlight of this home, you have to see it to believe it. The private pool with grotto and water slide, attached jacuzzi, separate fire pit area AND basketball court will keep the whole family entertained. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, veranda & private courtyard.

When you need a break from the AZ sun, there's enough to entertain you indoors as well. A full sized pool table, flat screen cable TV and WiFi are available. The front room of the home boasts a fireplace with the most amazing stone work you have ever seen - great conversation area.

The location is extremely convenient - 30 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and 15 minutes from Phoenix -Mesa Gateway. The home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Marbella Vineyards in sunny Gilbert, AZ.

The home is located 10 minutes away from the southeast valley outdoor shopping and entertainment center, San Tan Village.

There are numerous Golf Courses within 20 minute drive. We'd be more than happy to provide you details on our favorite courses if this is of interest to you. Major grocery/drug stores are conveniently located within a 5 minute drive. If you are travelling with little ones, you'll be thrilled to know that there are 2 parks within a short walking distance as well as the walking/biking path that the home backs on to.

Spent 10 days here with family and friends.

The house and neighborhood were great and the property had easy access to the loop. The pool and spa were fantastic as well as the outdoor fire pit. A great place to spend time.

Amazing backyard/ not so amazing inside!

This property is all about the pool and hot tub. The pool with a small waterfall, lights, and slide was amazing! The hot tub, also, was very nice. Just beware, you will have to pay extra to heat it. Location is really good also, as there is multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, the house needed some maintenance, TLC, and awareness. This house was barely stocked with anything but toilet paper and hand soap. There was only 1 hand towel for 3 bathrooms. Many lightbulbs were burned out in this house, 3 of which were in the downstairs bathroom and 2 ceiling lights were broken. The tile in the master bedroom could use a good scrubbing. Also, the outdoor grill was dirty from previous use when we arrived. We had to clean it before we could use it and couldn't find a grill brush anywhere. Large backyard and privacy here. The upstairs deck off of the master bedroom was really nice, just wish there would have been at least a chair or something to sit on, cause there was literally nothing there.

Great Place - would come back!!!

Two couples had plenty of room and plenty of fun at this get-away home!!! We worked with the owners to insure the pool and hot tub would be ready (warm enough) for January weather! There was a 40 per day price to that, but well worth it - the pool and spa are amazing! Inside was clean and spacious for the 4 of us - complete with a pool table/ping pong table! Communication was AMAZING and the pictures ARE what you get! We’d come back again - no questions asked!

An amazing getaway from the cold Midwest winter!

We chose this stay as a getaway from our cold and harsh Midwest winters, and we came home refreshed, recharged, and with some extra vitamin D! We traveled with our family of 4 and my sister’s family of 5, and this home fit all 9 of us perfectly! The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool, slide, waterfall, and spa! We also loved enjoying the great lounging furniture to soak up some sun while drying off from the pool or watching the kids swim. Our kids had a great time learning to play ping pong and pool during breaks from swimming in the sun. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, and there is a playground and large green space just one house down. Clint and Diana were the best hosts- so accommodating and responsive! They really cared about our comfort and enjoyment! I can’t recommend this stay enough! We’ll definitely be back!

Very Relaxing

What’s great place to have a little family holiday for a week. Beds were comfy. Pool was a lot of fun. Hot tub was very relaxing. Owners were easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Perfect place for our mini reunion

Our group of 8, 4 siblings and their spouses enjoyed this place immensely. Beautiful backyard and we were lucky enough to have warm weather in November! We were outside all day, every day! Inside the home worked well, from the generous sized kitchen to the TV area to the pool table, we were always together but never in anyone's way. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Outstanding!!!

To say that this home is outstanding is an understatement. My family and I had the most wonderful time at this property. The pool was one of the best features of the home and the kids loved the waterslide. The adults loved the spa. The hosts were very nice and true super hosts. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family vacation spot

We had a great vacation and enjoyed every minute at the house. The owners are extremely responsive to any questions we had. The pool and back area are beautiful. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious. We hope we can return next year for our annual family vacation.

Relaxing oasis!

This house and property met all of our expectations and then some! The neighborhood and surrounding areas were great. Clint and Diana were wonderful hosts and prompt to answer any questions. We already booked our next stay!!

Daughters family trip

Beautiful home plenty of room. My grandkids loved having their own rooms. They Love swimming in the pool only downside was the water wasn’t running, To the waterfall and slide, so it was hard for them to slide down the slide so we bought them some water guns to spray the slide, which made it easier for them to slide down they had fun with that. also, the alarm went off the first night one we were sleeping we still don’t know why none of us are smokers or vape. Beautiful home thank you for letting us stay there. We appreciate you.

Nephew Graduation

Great experience renting this house! A perfect place to stay while staying in Gilbert for our nephew’s high school graduation. Pool and ping pong table was a perfect way to relax when we were at the house.

Family trip

This is great property for a family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and never felt cramped. The pool and hot tub were a great place to spend the afternoons. Diana and Clint were a pleasure to deal with. Overall a very positive experience.

Perfect!

We had the best time in this home! Everything was just as described in the listing and the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and hot tub are great. Kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room in the house for all 8 of us to spread out and be comfortable. Communication between Diana and myself was prompt and she answered all questions asked. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area! Thank you for giving us a place to make great memories!

A very comfortable home

The home is in a nice neighborhood, adjacent to parks and walking paths. It is clean and well maintained, and communication with the hosts was VERY good. A quick note about heating the spa and pool...The temperatures during our stay (mid-December) were lows of 38 at night and highs of 65 during the day. Heating the spa was not a problem, but we did not succeed in heating the pool to a comfortable temperature.
