The charming alpine feel of this apartment is complimented by the stunning mountain views – best utilised from the sun-drenched balcony. Travelling in a large group? ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
This home has a comfortable alpine feel with the convenience of modern amenities – all you need for a relaxing getaway! The kitchen and living areas converge in an open plan design with an elevated ceiling to maximise space and light. It provides a warm and homely feel, the ideal place to relax with a hot chocolate after a long day skiing or treat yourself to a glass of wine after a hike.

The apartment has a modest balcony from which you can take in the striking lake and mountain views. The living room comes fitted with a flat screen, and you’ll have access to free WIFI throughout the home. Parking is not an issue, either as the property has a double garage with internal access, and space for off-street parking. Security and practicality are key!

Sleeping six people, over 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone:

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

It really is all in the name. This delightful home is only a 3-minute drive into central Queenstown – close enough to enjoy Queenstown’s nightlife but far enough away to still be peaceful. Nearby, you can find Queenstown’s conference venues such as the Millennium and Copthorne, restaurants, bars, lakefront and adventure tours, as well as the beautiful Queenstown Gardens.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

Ideal for family
The space was great for our family of 3 generations. The two upstairs bedrooms were ideal for my daughter, her husband, and their 2 children. My husband and I had a bedroom on a different level with more privacy. The living, dining, and kitchen area gave us a chance to be together while engaging in different activities. The view of the lake and the balcony were lovely. We had a wonderful time exploring Queenstown and many activities there.

Brilliant family accomodation
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Earnslaw 10B this last week. The house was perfect for our family of 6- great facilities and the views were just amazing! We walked into town several times (though the walk home was very steep). Great location. Highly recommend this house!

Stunning views in a central location
Incredible views over the lake towards the snow capped Remarkables from the large, warm lounge. We all enjoyed the open fire with lots of wood supplied. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. A nice central place to explore Queenstown and surrounds making for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay
The location was perfect. Easy drives to skiing, quick drive to Queenstown and not a bad walk. The property was spotless and beds were cozy. Highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our stay. The view was beautiful and the location close enough to walk into town. We really enjoyed the log fire and it kept our evenings warm and cosy. Overall this property ticked all the boxes and made our stay in Queenstown very enjoyable.
