Hello there and thank you for your review of our Woodbridge 17C Condominium. We do not have the washer and dryer listed as an amenity because the washer does not work. The owner has chosen to keep the unit because it is a stackable, connected unit and the dryer still works. The in complex laundry facility is listed as an amenity, and is meant to be used by renters, rather than the stackable in the unit. Deep cleans, including carpets are done during the off seasons due to the closeness of rentals during the season. If there are any light bulbs out in your unit, you may call our front desk and we will replace them right away. Thank you for your feedback. We use this information to better accommodate our guests. Thank you for your review of our Woodbridge 17C unit. We did a full inspection of the unit and found the master bed to be very comfortable and the coffee pot put out exceptionally hot liquid. The owner did put mattress toppers on the two twin beds for added comfort and all of the knives have been sharpened. As usual, we appreciate the feedback so that we can better accommodate our guests.
