Our home is 3000 sq ft and was built in 2009. We have designed our home in unique carribean colors and design, but yet each room designed to reflect our personalities.

Our master bedroom has a king size bed colored in lavender, has a small desk, and one 5 draw dresser and 2 night stands and desk size stand for your personal items. The master bedroom closet is locked and unaccesible to guest, this is used for our personal items. The master bathroom has a separate shower, with soap and shampoo dispenser, garden tub, and separate toilet area with double sinks and vanity. there are 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels located in the bathroom vanity of the master bathroom.The master bathroom closet is locked as well for our personal items. Spare sheets for the king bed are located in the sink vanity.

Our Second bedroom is The Brittish Rock room has a Brittish flag painted on the wall that has a 5 Draw dresser that is located in side the closet for space saving., lots of shelves inside the closet. Inside the closet is a spare set of sheets, we also keep lots of extra pillows here to. In our brittish room is a mini fridge, microwave, a shelf with tourist info on Charleston. This room also has a fold down futon, that can accommodate either 2 children or one larger adalt. theres 2 night stands and lamps as well.

The third bedroom It is a MUCH smaller room with basics, as this was once my office, it has 1 small white nightstand 3 smaller dresser draws with shelves, this room has a single bed in it with 2 under-bed draws and is decorated in black and white zebra print, with teal. Also has our 4 person infared indoor sauna in this room, the directions for sauna are on wall in this bedroom, we kindly ask to keep your children from playing in this, as its intended for adalts only.

There is a smaller full Bath located directly across the hall from bedroom two and three that has 6 towels, 6 hand towels, and 6 washcloths under the sink vanity, and soap and shampoo dispenser in the tub/ shower combo bathroom, for your use while you travel. This bathroom is decorated in bright yellow and has a double sink and vanity. 11 beach towels are in the sink vanity as well, in this bathroom. please note 30.00 fee for UNRETURNED/UNWASHED BEACH TOWELS

The 4th bedroom has a single bed w/ pull out trundle underneath has that sleeps two. {equal to 2 twin beds} It is decorated in blue and purple walls, and is a great kids room. It has games, crayons, coloring books, movies, shelves, 5 draw dresser, nightstand , additional 3 draw dresser, and so forth for your children. there are monster trucks, cars and dolls for the kids toys. PLEASE REQUEST AHEAD OF TIME FOR TOYS TO BE LEFT OUT! please pick up games and such after use, as housekeeping has enough to do, thank you theres also a TV and DVD player in this room.

Just off the bedrooms is a loft area, or second living area. This area has a very large office desk with any extra supplies you may need to use while on Vacation. It also has a sofa, stands large wall mount TV, lamps, and movies and Cds, DVD player for your entertainment to use while renting. a smart TV is in the loft. Kevin is a horror fanatic , but we have some family /kids movies. I am NOT in to horror at all!

At the end hall upstairs closet will be locked as this is our housekeeping closet

As we move downstairs , theres a MAN CAVE of classic cars and collectables. nice to just sit in this room, its also a dedication room to Brandon, our late son, as you will see lots of photos. we decided not to include this room in photographs.

we have a large spacious living area with Brand new sleeper sofa and full size regular sofa {2 sofas for extra seating}, tables and lamps.

Our kitchen is large enough to seat 4 at the table with in additional seating of 3 at the bar and a separate dinning room featured with carribean island mural and table that seats 6. feel free to help yourself to any condiments in the fridge or anything you find! our kitchen is fully stocked with pots , pans and anything you may need if any sugestions we always do our best to get it to you right away. you will almost always find coffee, coco, tea. you may also find all of my fresh dried herbs and spices in our cupboards please feel free to enjoy!

there is a third full bathtub / shower combo with a single vanity downstairs, in there you will find 3 towels, 3 washcloths and 3 hand towels. this bathroom is green with fish as we love the Caribbean look.

across from the downstairs bathroom is a full pantry. help yourself to anything left out.

Theres a balcony on second floor out front, overlooking the quiet cul de sac and pond across the way. there are 3 chairs and 2 small tables to enjoy morning coffee or tea!.

we have a large land scaped back yard, with sand/beach area with 2 hammocks, and 1 swing for the kids. theres a playhouse and this beach area doubles as a huge sandbox for the kids.

An organic herb bed and organic garden, are to the right of the property. feel free to pick some fresh veggis when ready.

on our back patio, Included is a hot tub for 8 {less than a year old} on a large patio out back. we also have a patio set that holds 6. hot tub directions are posted by the back door.

We are adding a gazebo area as time allows, this is our grilling area as well and eventually will be done!

Our home is fully furnished, and hopefully has everything you need! The house comes with everything you need to enjoy Charleston and we hope you feel right at home! We are a QUIET KID FRIENDLY FAMILY ORIENTED NEIGHBOORHOOD AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO OUR NEIGHBOORS.
