Modern and nice apartment with attractive location in Nydalen, Oslo.

Very nice and modern apartment (building from 2015) located in Nydalen, Oslo in a quite neighborhood. Nydalen is a very nice district with a lot of restaurants, cafes, Oslo’s biggest shopping mall (Storo), cinema and parks, all in short walking distance from the apartment. Nydalen, and the apartment, is close to “Akerselva” which is a river running through Oslo. A walk along the river is a must do in Oslo. There are also places to take a bath only 500 m from the apartment, if the weather is warm and nice. If you like running or hiking there are great tracks around Nydalen. We will gladly help you plan your vacation with recommendations on what to do.
The subway, which easily takes you to other places in Oslo is 500 m from the apartment. Other nice districts like Grunerløkka, Torshov and Sagene are within walking distance. Trams and buses are also just 500 meters from the apartment, thus you can easily travel to all parts of Oslo.

The apartment originally has three bedrooms, but one will be closed during the rent (kids room). One of the bedrooms has a 180 cm bed and a bathroom. The other bedroom has a 160 bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one connected with the master bedroom, and another main bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a washing machine that will be available.

The living room is nice and cozy, with the kitchen in a “half open” solution, making the living room to a social space. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare dinners in the apartment. The apartment has a big TV if you want to have a quiet time on the sofa during your stay, The balcony is 20 sqm and has a barbeque that is available. The balcony will have more furniture at the summer, so it will be a nice place to enjoy a (hopefully) warm evening.
If you are travelling with kids, there are many playgrounds in walking distance from the apartment. Nydalen is in general a very child friendly area with a lot of activities to do with kids.
