Visit with family

The property and resort are very well kept and enjoyable to stay at. We had lots of fun with our family members at the pools and grilling on the back patio. We love St George!

Great Location, Great Property, Nearly Perfect

This is a fantastic property. The condo is nice and updated. Kitchen, family room, bedrooms, etc were all clean and perfect to use. I would fully recommend using this location without any hesitation. Only two small issues, the pool/club house closed at 6:30, limiting their usage in the evening. The master bed is pretty firm. I must be getting old. I would highly recommend.

Overall a Great Stay

Overall, the condo was as advertised and a great place to stay. It was close to activities on the south end of St. George. My suggestions for improvement are as follows. The laundry room needs a thorough cleaning. It was very dusty and smelled somewhat musty. The can opener was non-functioning. Some of the pans had loose handles, and were dirty when I went to use them. The red-handled tongs wouldn't close, and were not useful. It would have been nice to have a tea kettle to boil water, and the trashcan would be improved with a foot lever to open it.

Perfect!

We stayed here for a softball tournament. It was the perfect location between all the different fields. It was great staying on the first floor so the kids could play out the back on the grass. Very clean and updated appliances. Awesome swimming pools and can’t wait to try the nearby roller skating rink next time. Very comfortable, overall amazing!!

Wonderful getaway!

This was a wonderful property. It had everything we needed and more. The cleanliness of the property was nice. Our kids enjoyed the amenities of the property with wonderful swimming pools great parks and games to play. The beds were comfortable and the living area had plenty of space for our family as well as the dining area. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. The property location made it easy to get around Saint George and other areas. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very relaxing and amazing place.

Had great time. Our kids had their own grass territory to play. Hiking is in walking distance. Several pools. Covered one was warm to swing at the mid of March. From patio and kitchen window the property has amazing sunrise view.

Great Space!

We loved the grass area just off the patio!!! Wished they were members of the green valley club. Our other family members that stayed in a different condo were. It had a way better pools and outdoor space! We stay here every year. I honk we will look for a condo that are members for the futures. We would stay again next year if they became members.

Mediocre condo

The condo it very bare bones. It advertises for six people and child friendly, but there were only four pool towels and one set of closet doors was broken and didn’t close correctly (folding doors) and our 12 month old pinched his finger badly in them. That was frustrating. Also the pools are small, over crowded and murky. Obviously in places like these the pool to people ratio is not ideal but we stayed at the Sports Village across the street and the pool was much better (bigger, cleaner and less crowded). The kitchen is barely stocked, it only has the essientials. No tin foil, sandwich baggies, barely enough cutlery... kind of a let down. It did seem clean (although old and outdated) and vacuumed. No laundry soap, we had to go buy our own for our stay. The whole weekend was just very unimpressive when it came to this condo. I would never go back, based on a culmination of many small issues.

Outdoor furniture wore out, had to change clothes after sitting in furniture due to chairs leaving mess on you. Someone was always parked in front of garage or assigned parking leaving no where to park Vehicle. Beds very bad shape and uncomfortable. Property clean and well maintained.

Great place to explore St. George

I stayed here with my parents and girlfriend for 5 days without any trouble. While the place is a little old (dated interior), everything was spotless and just as promised. It was in a great central location with parking right outside the front door. We enjoyed the views of the sunrise every morning behind the hills were while we ate breakfast. The heating and water pressure were perfect. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. St. George is amazing and this home served all our needs. We will be coming back.

Perfect Place to Stay

We booked this condo for a quick get away to St. George. It was perfect for our family with two small kids. Condo was clean and spacious. Best bang for our buck. Our kids loved the bunk beds, pools and large outdoor space behind the condo. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Clean and close to everything we needed.

Getting in and out of the room, is extremely easy with the keyless lock. The community is lovely that this condo is in. Very nice pools. We came down for a conference and the center was only a six minute drive away from the condo.

Older condo that needs to be updated and maintance done.

The condo had some cosmetic issues. The couch is really worn down. One of the kitchen chairs was glued back together poorly. We didn't even dare sit in it. The guest toilet wouldn't stop running so the water pump kicked on and off constantly. The cable TV was HORRIBLE! The picture cut in and out constantly. The WIFI was horrific as well. It wouldn't work unless you were in the living room. I would not recommend this condo.

Great value for the price

The property was clean and stocked with what we needed for a short visit. I appreciated the air mattress and pack and play that were supplied so I didn't have to waste car space with those bulky items. I was a little frustrated that there wasn't a full set of silverware, but realized (too late, sadly) that the dishwasher just hadn't been emptied. The keyless entry was convenient too. Happy with our stay overall!
