This spacious double-story home is located in a popular Peninsula surf and family beach area, just a four-minute walk away from Point Leo Beach! Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a large games/lounge area with a small pool table. This area opens out to an undercover space. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a separate bathroom. Two large deck areas flank the open-plan kitchen and dining lounge area with an outdoor setting and gas bbq. Next to the beach, there are large parks and reserves where kids can play.

Quality linen and cleaning services are provided for 6 guests; an additional fee is incurred for up to 10 guests. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.
