We are a VRBO Premiere Partner. We pride ourselves on positive ratings and don't want to jeopardize that with there being any issues with our guest. When you request to book we will be reaching out to you almost immediately to make sure everything was read and that you don't have any questions, etc.
We ask that you please make sure your email and phone number are correct on your account to receive notifications. If we do not receive a response from you in the time VRBO allots we will be forced to retract your reservation and you will not be able to rebook. We require a copy of your Government ID to be supplied to us within 24 hours due to our home owners insurance. The copy of your ID is only kept for the duration of your stay then deleted.

*************ABOUT THE SPACE**********

•Gorgeous first level one bedroom condominium located in the gated Wyndam Resort just minutes from the beach! Has a patio deck over looking a small marsh and the Wyndam golf course. Condo was recently remodeled and has all the basic essentials you'll need to enjoy your trip to Edisto.

•The condo is just a short 5 minute drive to the nearest beach access. Technically it is in walking or bike riding distance, however I would recommend driving especially if you are carrying a cooler, floats, etc.


•The bedroom has a King size bed which can sleep up to 3 people if needed. The sofa bed (full size) can sleep 2 which is located in the living room.

•We provide pillows, comforters/quilt and extra blankets for the beds. No sheet sets or towels are provided. The local company Edisto Essentials has a linen and towel package for a fee, but is not included. We are not affiliated with Edisto Essentials, but I can send their price list, orders must be placed with them directly. You're more than welcome to bring your own linens and towels also.

•The condo is equipped with all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, plates, microwave ,oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc - cooking condiments are not provided).

•Free WIFI, cable & parking

•There is a small washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs.

•There is a 75" Smart TV in the living room with cable and free Netflix! The bedroom has a small TV with cable as well.

•WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY LINENS, TOWELS, TOILETRIES. THE COMPANY EDISTO ESSENTIALS OFFERS A LINEN PACKAGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE BUT IT IS NOT INCLUDED.

•Wyndam offers amenity packages for purchase if you would like to use the pool, golf course or gym - the amenities pass is not included in the rental cost, please inquire for pricing.(Subject to availability during COVID Pandemic and recent tornado damages) Please contact Wyndam for availability if this is a concern.

•The condo is best suited for 2 adults and up to 3 children. We do not mind if 5 adults stay. However, we want to be as open as honest as possible. It is a small condo with only one bathroom. There is a newly replaced (May 2022) queen sleeper sofa for guests, however a sleeper sofa may not be best suited for everyone. You are more than welcome to bring your own air mattress if that is preferred.

•Please keep in mind that at the end of the day the sleeper sofa is a sleeper sofa and may not be best suited for some people. It does have an added memory foam insert for added comfort but that can only do so much.


•We do our best to provide laundry detergent, hand soap and dish washer liquid, but we cannot guarantee it because sometimes, since we live out of state, it is used up before we have time to order more.*


** Linen package ** - Like most other short term rentals on the island we would love to provide linens and towels to every guest, however it is just too time consuming for the house keepers to do laundry and keep up with. We do recommend the local company Edisto Essentials on the island who offers a linen/towel package for an additional fee** or you can bring your own.

•You have access to the entire condominium. The parking area is right out front of the condos.

*****INTERACTION WITH GUEST*****
•We live in Nashville most the time, but we are available for phone calls or text anytime! Feel free to ask any questions you may have.


*****OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE*****
•Please keep in mind that South Carolina has it's fair share of insects and other creatures. It's not uncommon for a Palmetto bug (looks similar to a roach) to get into the homes on the island. Also, small Anole lizards try and get in the homes.

•The condo is so close to the beach that the tap water is slightly salty, which is completely normal and safe. If you do not like the taste, Edisto has a small grocery store just 5 mins away where bottled water can be purchased

• Keep in mind this is an older condominium and there are quite a few other units so there is a potential for noise from surrounding areas**

•ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS OR SMOKING ALLOWED (Due to owner having severe asthma and allergies).

•There is video surveillance outside of the condo.

•No local resident bookings unless prior permission given before reservation request

• Must be 25 years old to book, unless prior permission given before booking.

•This is a strict pet free home including service animals due to severe asthma** We have severe allergies and asthma and are very allergic to animals. If you are caught sneaking in an animal you will be made to vacate the premises while forfeiting the remainder of your stay and will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for any damages, including but not limited to carpet cleaning and upholstery. We love animals but this poses a serious health risk to us that is why we cannot allow any type of animal in our home.

• Wyndham doesn't allow boats or golf carts on the property unfortunately. If you are wanting to bring your boat there are private docks you can rent a slip at I've been told.
