Wonderful host and property with amazing views. Highly recommended this property. Kitchen was well stocked and host went above and beyond to assure our stay was seamless and enjoyable for my husbands birthday trip with our adult kids. Property was very clean, which is very important to me. Will stay here again.

Wow, what can I say? This property was perfect for us, me and my husband and brother and SIL. Beautifully furnished, exceptionally equipped kitchen, fantastic rooftop for early evenings and wonderful location. Sue is professional and more than accessible. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment was the perfect base to explore the city, lovely shops, restaurants and homes all around.. Underground station very close by. Attention to detail in the apartment was excellent, linens, crockery, everything you could need. The roof terrace was an absolute delight, special views and we barbecued, which was such fun. Sue was the most attentive hostess, nothing was too much trouble . Loved our visit.

The penthouse was the perfect home for us while we explored Boston for a few days. The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. The home is spacious and perfectly appointed with very comfortable bedding, a cozy living roome to watch TV with cable and all channels available. The kitchen had everything, but with so many amazing dining options within a few blocks, we didn't eat in much. This is by far the best vaction rental in Boston. We will definitely be back.

This property is everything you hope you walk into in a rental! Hosts were welcoming, accommodating and easy to correspond with. The penthouse is beautifully furnished, SUPER clean and very well stocked. The hosts offered helpful recommendations and guidance during our Boston stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and all of the linens are high quality and well cared for. The property includes the most gorgeous rooftop views of the South end. Sue provided clear instructions for parking and entering the building which may for an easy arrival. We highly recommend the Penthouse for your next stay and we hope to return soon!

Wonderful!

Great location, very nicely equipped and the rooftop deck was an added bonus. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Well positioned for all manner of public transport.

The hosts were so helpful at check in and throughout our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including basic cooking essentials and some extras. The location was a block away from the subway making it so easy for us to travel to all parts of the city. I would stay here again for sure!

An outstanding stay in Boston

Our family had a great experience. The location is perfect for a vibrant stay in the center of Boston. The property is well designed and has a great view from the rooftop deck. One of the best things was our host, Sue, who was communicative, friendly, and gave us just the right amount of attention. She was super easy to work with and just a pleasure to reach out to. The property is on a busy city street, so it took a little getting used to the noise on the first night, but after getting some earplugs, we had a really great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem with incredible owners. They were absolutely helpful in any way with recommendations as well . The brownstone was simply perfect with all amenities needed. Owners were sure to check on us and make sure there was nothing needed. Instructions were perfect as far as check in/check out . Would 100% recommend for your stay

NOW THIS IS BOSTON!!!

I Love this place. It is all about the privacy & the VIEWS! Both bedrooms have bay windows with city views, but the 2nd floor of this penthouse is a roof top refuge. Dinning alfresco is expected, & at night the Boston Skyline was our own private light show! Sue & David,(the Host's) were so accommodating, before I arrived, to the day I left. What I really loved was how they took an 1800yr old Brownstone left the history and character, but modernized it for comfort. Fantastic location walk to almost everything. I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Sue & David for giving me a memory I will never 4get!! FYI they have more properties then just this one.

Beautiful Property!

We loved staying at this wonderful property. Susan and her husband David greeted us when we got in, helped us with our bags, and showed us around the unit. Location was amazing for walking places. It was perfect for our stay, and had everything we could possibly need - and more. We WILL be back!

Amazing venue

I have been renting properties for over 25 years, as a landlord in Boston and also with a Cape Cod vacation home. We purchased the Boston Penthouse 6 years ago and did a top to bottom gut renovation and added a large private roof deck which has the most amazing panoramic city views! We couldn't be more pleased with the results (and so are our guests)!

I promise you I am extremely accommodating to all of my guests. I make sure everything is perfect on arrival and I am accessible whenever needed.

I am enjoying meeting new and interesting people from around the world and making sure I provide the highest quality experience possible for all of my guests.

The potential with this property was what drew me to it, so we bought the whole building 26 years ago. We had a dream of renovating the penthouse specifically to make it a beautiful modern open layout and add a large private roof deck. I realized this would be a fantastic short term rental property and, since we also live in the building, the idea became a reality and so far every guest has fallen in love with it!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Everything in the penthouse is open, airy, clean, modern and clutter free. Kitchen and both baths have high end finishes and you have the quintessential city views from each bedroom and views of the Southwest corridor from the open living room/kitchen with beautiful gigantic trees. The crown jewel is the roof deck with sweeping panoramic views of the city...just spectacular! and the location is so convenient, you can literally access everything Boston has to offer with no need for a car!
