Located just east of downtown Naples, only 3 miles to fabulous 5th Avenue shopping/dining. Very private screened pool area on quiet street. Recently remodeled with luxurious memory foam mattresses, newer furniture and more! The salt-water, heated pool is perfect for those days when you don't want to make the effort to get to the beach.

This pet-free, smoke-free spacious home has exceptional furnishings and plenty of parking. You will enjoy the very private and large 14ā€² x 28ā€² heated pool with vaulted screened pool enclosure.

There are three bedrooms; a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom; and two guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a twin bed and bunk bed that share the second bathroom.

Our home is a short 3 miles away from the famous 5th Avenue in Naples and the beautiful beaches! Itā€™s close proximity to shopping, dining and all the great things Naples has to offer make this home a vacation or seasonal rental paradise.

We had a great family vacation in a very clean well stocked home. Washer and dryer worked well. TV worked for all of our football needs. Yay Hoosiers. Good location and close to the beach.

Beautiful place

Stayed here with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren age 5yr and 11 months. The perfect space. Great neighborhood. Heated swimming pool we used everyday with the kids. Fantastic communication with property management. Easy check in and check out. Minimal things to be done on check out. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Winter Retreat

We had a nice couple months away from the snow relaxing by the warm screened in pool! Quiet older neighborhood near stores, restaurants & attractions. Communication was always prompt & efficient with Adam. Beds were comfortable & kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We would have preferred a gas bbq, but I brought my air fryer, so we were fine. All in all; a very nice place.

Great location!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was a perfect size, in a quiet area and it feels like the owners thought of just about everything any guest would need! We loved that we were minutes from Tin City, downtown Naples and the Naples Pier Beach. We will definitely be back!

Love this place!

This is our second time staying here, itā€™ll forever be our go-to spot to stay. Itā€™s close to our favorite beaches, shopping, and good eats. Very clean facilities, nice staff and pool barā€¦ Sad to leave but hopefully weā€™ll be back soon!

House & pool was amazing. Had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed our time. Wonderful house & pool. My mom uses a walker & had no issues getting around. The only issue she had was that there was no hand rails to get in & out of the pool. We would stay again.

Cozy in Naples

The property was both beautiful and clean. only 3 minutes from Publix, Starbucks and only 11 minutes from all major shopping and restaurants. We loved the heated pool and large palms lining the backyard. A wonderful property with great communication and convenience.

Lovely stay

My husband and I spent six nights at Adam's property. The house was exactly as described. It was well-stocked with supplies and we really enjoyed the enclosed pool. The location was a close drive to many stores and restaurants, and about 10-15 minutes to Naples Beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet, which is what we wanted. We also had easy communication with Adam when we had a few questions. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay!

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood which was perfect for relaxing away from the hustle of Naples. It's close enough to the Everglades and many other parks for 1/2 day trips out. Being able to come back to the pool in the afternoon was great. We loved it!

Great home, great location

My son and daughter-in-law, husband and myself stayed for 9 days. The house is in a great location, convenient to all. Very quiet neighborhood, private yard, house is clean, beds are soft, pool is clean and warm. Adam was easy to reach and responsive to all emails and texts. I highly recommend this home for your vacation! This is our 3rd straight year visiting Naples, it's a clean beautiful and fun little city.

The property was perfect, we loved the beach toys and chairs that were available for our family to use as well as the pool toys. Made our stay more enjoyable with kids to have things for them to do without having to purchase a bunch of toys. House was clean and stocked with necessary items. Host was readily available for contact and even got us in the house earlier than check in. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy Cozy Convenient!

This house is tastefully decorated and has everything we needed for a relaxing week in Florida. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located close to beaches and shopping. The private backyard has a lovely pool we enjoyed daily! Our host Adam was easy to reach and responded quickly to us when we reached out to him. We highly recommend this property for a stay in Naples!

Perfect!

This house was perfect for a getaway from winter in Michigan. The location is great. Quiet little neighborhood but so close to everything you want to do in Naples. The house was very clean and pretty much had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. Even had everything we needed to have a great day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation.

Absolutely outstanding rental! The pool was 85 degrees every day, and plenty of pool toys were provided for the kidsā€™ enjoyment. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella, which made our daily beach visits even more enjoyable. We were very impressed with the internet- it handled two of us working and one doing school, along with all our devices, with no issues. Great appliances, soft mattresses, and very clean. The owner was also very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental!

Family vacation

We really enjoy our stay in Adam's house, when we arrived it was really clean, smelling good and we found a lot of commodities (cooler, beach towel, WiFi that works really well and kitchen furniture's) that makes our stay very pleasant. The location was great, very close to Naples Pier beach. The pool was clean and hot, our 2 daughters really enjoy it, as well as the parents ! We really enjoy the property and all she can offer. We highly recommend it.
