Spectacular Luxury 1-Bedroom Suites by BCA are 1-Bedroom / 1-Bath, furnished apartments located in the convenient Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, just 1 block from Peachtree Street.

Your apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Amazing Modern Apartment in Midtown Atlanta

The apartment had a great look and feel, was modern and very clean. It had all the tools that were needed in the kitchen and great toiletries to use too. The bed was very comfy and the apartment in general is very spacious. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Atlanta.

Clean, comfortable, and everything I needed!

This was my second time staying with BCA and everything was perfect. I stayed at a different location but received the same level of service, quality, and reliability as last time. Overall great experience, last time I had a better apartment but this time was also for the most part good.

TeamBCA have been very helpful over email with quick responses regarding mail and address proof that I needed help with. I also stayed last year with BCA apartments at Spectrum and this time I just noticed that some window shades where a bit broken and the pans had a lot of visible sign of being used a lot. I was also a bit unlucky with a couple of fire alarms during night time that someone intentionally set off but that has really more to do with Spectrum and nothing BCA apartments can do about it.

Good experience, but...

Nice location, clean flat, but too many cockroaches around the building Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave BCA Furnished Apartments a review! We are pleased to see that you enjoyed the location of the apartment. Being in the south, we do find a lot of critters outside and around the building. I see you may have run into some of them around the building. The great news is that they were outside. Safe travels!

Perfect!

Michael at TeamBCA are exceptional. Everything was perfect. Unit was very clean, equipped with everything and cleaning crew was exceptional. Best of all, whenever I had a question, Michael responded in a minute or two, nobody does that anymore, he does He is on top of his game. You know how nothing every goes right these days, well, with Michael, everything goes exactly right. I give Michael and TeamBCA a 10 star review and would recommend them to everyone.

Didn't not like the overall stay at all

My Initial response was the place was nice. Very misleading because all the Amenities we're not maintained. Doggy park nasty!! Dog poop, Cigarettes butts all over the place. Trash and old bottles broken near the doggy park. A lot of traffic, construction and homeless people all over. Didn't feel safe at night. BCA went over all the rules and policies but it's very obvious the neighbors are not following the policies. I wish the place I booked in the beginning was available. Hot water didn't work well at all!! Team BCA Response: . I am deeply sorry to hear that your stay was less than amazing, especially because you came to have a wonderful time with your family and grandbaby. We certainly never want our guests to have a poor experience with us and we do our best to ensure accurate, safe, and comfortable accommodations to everyone. I apologize on behalf of the building for their poor tenant behavior and the condition of the amenities. We have a strong relationship with the management team there and have raised your concerns to them. We do not accept that standard of service and neither should they. Thank you for your honest feedback and for your stay with us. We wish you safe travels to your next destination. If you do find yourselves back in Atlanta, I do hope you will give us a second chance to show this was just a one-time blip and not our usual experience.

They come to help when needed!

BCA furnished apartments are great for an extended stay and even for a short stay. but the question I've had is... will they help if needed? I had the occasion to find out - and the help was very quick. Every bit as quick as I'd hope for in an conventional hotel
