Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Music festival getaway.

My fiance and I enjoyed everything about our stay with BCA. The location is great Just a short drive parks and many food and drink destinations. It's a convenient commute but avoids all the loud bustle of Atlanta at night. By far our favorite place we have stayed in the city! Team BCA response: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Valentine's Weekend Stay

The hosts gave a lot of information prior to the stay to make check-in very smooth. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom was also clean, came with amenities, nothing was broken throughout the room. Only downside was that the walls are fairly thin, so you can hear your neighbors above you and next to you fairly easily.

Well equipped kitchen and updated bathroom. Beautiful, glass walk in shower. Comfortable bed and living space and very convenient walk to the office. I like the new electronic door lock too! The owners are always making improvements.

Happy to be Back

This was my second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first time. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet without a lot of disturbances. The staff is quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. I was able to easily extend my reservation and keep my same unit.

Surprisingly great experience

This was a great stay. I explained to all my coworkers (our office is about a 4 minute walk away) how great it was. The only thing missing was a washer and drying, but that's asking a lot to be honest. Thank you for a great experience!

Cute and Comfortable

Everything about my experience was as smooth and simple as I could have hoped for. Great communication from the owners, immaculately clean apartment, well-lit parking lot, and super quiet. I actually got a better night's sleep than I normally do at home! My only issue was the scent of the detergent used for the linens. It was very strong and clung to my clothing, hair, and all of my stuff. So my only suggestion would be to switch to something milder or unscented that won't negatively affect guests who are prone to migraines (like me) or those with respiratory issues. Thank you for a great stay. I look forward to my next one!

Great Stay in Buckhead

I was at the BCA apartment for multiple months and had a great stay. The units were clean and had all of the amenities that I needed. The onsite laundry was easily accessible and the property is located in a quiet part of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond.

Clean and Convenient

This is a great location with access to lots of activities in town. The space was very clean and neat. I really appreciate attention to detail. The check in and check out process was easy and the customer service is great. I'm definitely going to consider staying here again.

I'm just amazed!

Well, I was a little curious and worried about what to expect from this place since I've never been to even Georgia State. It was my first time! I was surprised by the place itself. The outside of the building is exactly how it shows in the pics and the room is WOW amazing! I did not expect to find pans and kitchen utensils to be quite honest but that just made my stay greater! Everything was super clean! The location is also an A plus! There are a bunch of restaurants around to choose from so you don't necessarily have to get in your car and drive around! I highly recommend this place! I'd definitely go back again! Hope any time soon!!!

Great Place to Stay

I am always happy with my stays at BCA. Love that parking is included! Also it is always very quiet around the complex. No frills but clean, comfortable, and everything you need.
