Located directly on the Pumicestone Passage, Cetina will accommodate up to 6 guests in a Queen, a Double and 2 singles. Offering attractive furnishings throughout, 2 bathrooms, open plan living area and kitchen, air-conditioning in the living and master, a generous sized balcony, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.
The complex has a security gate, a single lock up garage as well as an additional secure open parking space.The complex also has a private jetty ideal for fishing, as well as a lift. There are a mixture of fly and security screens throughout.
Close by you will find a great choice of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, Caloundra main street (where the Sunday markets are held each week) + a unique choice of shops, supermarkets, childrens playgrounds and most importantly, the beach! Bulcock Beach is just a stones throw away, as is Happy Valley Beach (a great choice for surfers or stand-up paddle boarders).

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Interaction with Guests:
Caloundra Holiday Centre manage this property. Please note that Airbnb messaging is not monitored outside of office hours, so it is advised to contact us directly if you require any assistance.
Please be mindful of neighbours. Schoolies and party groups are not permitted.
