Spacious holiday home near Trier. Ideal for hiking, cycling or just relaxing

You can expect a spacious holiday home on the Schwärzwälder Hochwald / Hunsrück. Ideal for hiking, cycling or just relaxing. The old Roman city of Trier on the Moselle with all its sights is only 15 km away from Holzerath and easy to reach by bus.

Approximately 100 square meters of living space offer enough space for up to seven people. The house has been renovated inside and out in recent years. The large kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is enough crockery and cutlery. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a stereo / CD incl. USB input equipped. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. A folding chair is attached to the shower. On the upper floor are the four bedrooms, three of which have vanities. 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. One with a pull-out second bed. The rooms, like the rest of the house, have been renovated and beautified over the past few years.
There is also a sun terrace with seating and parasol, a large lawn behind the house and parking facilities.
In July 2018, a small garden shed was set up on the lawn. This place invites you to sunbathe and is ideal for barbecues together! Dining table / chairs and sun beds are available.
Our guests find it particularly pleasant that the house is always pleasantly cool even in summer heat!
The house is located in a wooded area on the Saar Hunsrück Steig, the best rated hiking trail in Germany. You can use public transport for trips to Trier and Luxembourg.
Pets are welcome in our house.
Since February 2019 we also have WiFi for our guests.
