Bedroom One- King

This cozy, ground floor, corner 1 bedroom 1 bath Cottonwood Condominium is located directly on the Sun Valley Resort property. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable, and access to a very large deck that overlooks a beautiful pond. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table for 4. The bedroom has a king bed and access to a full-size bath with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The condo offers a stack washer/dryer and access to the Sun Valley community pool, hot tub, tennis, and golf.

Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, pools, hot tubs, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kidsā€™ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property youā€™ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Occupied the condo for several days. Comfortable, nicely appointed and a good location. Only issue was the construction in front of the office. Though for quick key return one can get down to Gem Street, then go around through the construction if you are heading to boise or Hailey.

We found the location to be perfect for our visit and really enjoyed the fireplace during the -4 degrees weather. However per another reviewer we found the condo to need a little bit of a refresh. Nothing too serious and the cost was excellent based on location.

Nice place, very convenient to all Sun Valley amenities

Perfect Sun Valley Condo

We found this condo to be perfect for us! It had plenty of space and everything you could need for a visit to Sun Valley. The location was awesomeā€¦ Super close to Dollar Mountain and very close to Baldy. We also really enjoyed getting to use the pool at the resort. Iā€™ll definitely book here again!

Clean, well equipped, nice grounds, cute deck to sit on by little brook. No a/c but kept cool enough. Easy walk to Sun Valley resort for restaurants, pool and hiking. Not large, but perfect for two.

Cute Condo

I've stayed at this condo 3 times. I love the location and that it is clean and comfortable to stay there. I love sitting on the nice patio to read and I appreciate the king size bed. I appreciate that there is a way to watch live tv. Some of the other condos I've stayed in just have streaming, so I would have missed watching the U.S. open tennis tournament if I hadn't been at this condo. Thank you to the owners!

Not what it looks like

Bed was terrible and very old and used. Rotated the mattress. It did not help. Old building 1970's old bathroom looked like paint was covering mold. Nice deck outside! Completely unusable as snow covered it completely. I cleared the snow from the patio as this was blocked and was an EMERGENCY exit.

Older buildings but quite adequate

The only negatives to the condo were: - tub needed a rubber mat to avoid slipping and falling -bathroom sink drained really sloooooow -could use new thermostats throughout; hard to adjust current ones Overall the condo was fine.
