Thanks so much for the 4-star review and for calling this out. Linen is available to hire for a small additional fee, and we price it per person to keep the base nightly rate as low as possible. If we included linen for every bed by default, it would lift the price by over $200 for many bookings—so we make it optional instead. This is explained during booking and again in the pre-arrival info, but I’m sorry it wasn’t clearer for you this time. If you stay with us again, we’re happy to add linen to your reservation and have everything made up on arrival. Thanks again for the feedback—we appreciate it and hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for your review, Alison, however we are very shocked by your negative comments. We have managed this property for many years and never had anyone with this kind of opinion. I believe the main issue for you was that it rained the entire time you stayed at the property, and you decided to leave early because of this (please note we can not control the weather) and were annoyed that we wouldn't refund you as you decided to vacate early. Please note the property is clearly advertised as not being fenced prior to booking. Your note about people walking along the public beach the property backs on to is also a surprise as it's a very secluded part of the beach and very rarely used by the public especially in the terrible rain and wind you had during your stay, I am surprised anyone was out on the beach at all. Please note the keys provided to you were used by the guests before you and also checked by myself after you left and they worked perfectly fine, so I believe it was user error however we had you into the property within three minutes of you calling to advise you couldn't gain access. We wish you all the best for your future travels.
